Lovely, clean, quiet and well-equipped. Host Vincent very accommodating. I recommend it! I had a car which was useful for getting into town and shopping. The beautiful sand beach access just across the way. 4 nice cabana studios in a walled villa setting.

My husband and I stayed here and could not have been happier about our choice. The rental unit had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The rooftop area was great for relaxing. Vincent is a great guy with a lot of helpful knowledge of the area. We used the bikes to get into town the majority of the...

The accommodation was perfect for us, Vincent was very helpful, organized taxis and also helped us organize and book accommodation for extra travel. Perfect destination for us and if you want to avoid the big hotels.

I enjoyed my stay @ Sea Studio @ La Petite France on June 1-5, 2016. Vincent was a very welcoming, kind, generous host who immediately toured us around his villa. And I'm glad he did otherwise I wouldn't have seen the rest of his villa (without his tour.) He showed us our room and the upstairs communal area with lounging...

Place is very basic, for being so far from town and easy access to road, prices are somewhat inflated. No local shops, and an easy 30 minutes walk to town center. Amenities are crude/basic (windows don't seal properly, air conditioner inefficient etc), flimsy water pump. I agree it was quite clean though. As other reviewers suggest "La Petite France" is...

I stayed for a few days in late December at Casa La Petite France. It is a nice and quiet place with four bungalows. I enjoyed my stay very much. The other guests were very friendly. The beach is a few steps away. The bungalow in which I stayed was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with utensils,...

Meticulously clean with all the conveniences I require, like a kitchenette, wifi and AC. Beach is right across the street down a short path. Vincent provides beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella - you name it. Lovely quiet little place. I fully concur with the other reviews. This is not a snobby boutique B&B, but rather an affordable functional studio...

If you are looking for a quiet, secluded, non-touristy place to experience the Mayan Riviera, this is it! This establishment is well-maintained, clean, with all the basic necessities. Vincent, the owner and tour guide, is extremely knowledgeable about the area from Cancun to Costa Maya. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, living space and air conditioning. The beach is...
