We had a 2 night stay here recently while visiting daughters at uni in Dundee and St Andrews, so the hotel is perfectly placed between the two. We arrived late, after check in and after the restaurant was closed, but that was no problem and Lynn very helpfully advised us where to go to eat and even gave us plates...

This hotel is pretty basic but clean and functional and good value for money. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds but the best bit was the very friendly and helpful staff. They really make the difference and mean that we would return

3rd year in a row visiting this for Mon-Friday and the welcome remains the same. All staff are very nice & Lyn is top notch at looking after everyone . We were initially 7 from Mon-Thurs and 14 on Friday, everything was perfect. Course has been slightly adjusted since last visit but is still a fantastic course. Very good price...

Stayed here for one night whilst working in nearby St. Andrews, about 10 minutes drive away. Check in quick and easy and given a room in separate building to r/h side of main hotel block. My room overlooked the 18th, a very nice view. Room very comfortable with nice bathroom. Only two minor complaints, walls are thin and several golfers...

Thank for your comments sorry to hear about the noise from the golfers. If there is a group of golfers we try and keep them together in one of the lodges so as not to disturb other guests. Hope to see you again.

Having a few days to waste in Scotland whilst waiting for a visa application in Edinburgh I was fortunate enough to find the Drumoig which provides golfers with the opportunity to enjoy a 'resort' experience that doesn't involve handing over obscene amounts of money. The hotel itself is compact and whilst not luxurious it is clean and in very good...

Just back from a weekend with 47 other golfers. Superb. Lyn and her team do an outstanding job of making you feel welcome and nothing is a problem for them. Drinks are very reasonably priced and food was excellent. Great value place to stay. Ideally situated between Dundee and St Andrews it's a great base for golfers. The course us...

Course is long but was in excellent condition for this time of year, no winter greens. This is my third visit to Drumoig and it just gets better. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and ideal for our purpose with a great view of the 9th and 18th. Would recommend this for groups looking...

Last weekend myself and a couple of friends stayed at the hotel. We had planned a break to play at St. Andrews. We decided to stay at Drumoig as opposed to St Andrews. I am so glad we made that choice to say we were well looked after would be an understatement! The staff were magnificent, the breakfast was great...

I would recommend staying here. Me and 16 guys stayed for a week and played golf on the course and surrounding courses. The prices were excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and warm. Maybe the only downside was no Internet in the rooms. We already looking forward to summer to come back.
