Lochinvar House is something else! It's interior decor dates back to pre 1800 in some respects but it is kept clean and comfortable. Mary & Brisn were most welcoming and great fun. The area is remote with hills in the distance.. but find Lovedale Road and you start to find the Wine making establishments of the Hunter Valley. Brilliant experience.....

A beautiful picturesque Victorian classic B&B with delightfully colourful and friendly hosts. The downside was the hot weather and no air-conditioning. The upside is there is a pool to cool off in on a hot summer night. And a beautiful fireplace which in the main dining room would be a welcome in the winter months. Google maps can't get you there...

Our group of 12 friends had a 2 night stay at a Lochinvar house and we all loved it. Mary and "Basil" made us feel very at home and made us a yummy breakfast each morning. The rooms were furnished beautifully and in keeping with the period of this property and everything was comfortable and clean. The artwork was very...

I have never felt as welcome anywhere else as Brian and Mary made me feel. I have never felt as special staying anywhere as I did here. Not only is a stunning house with a great view and so comfortable, but the ambiance is amazing. As for the breakfast part, well perfect could be the only word I can think...

A great getaway for the family and friends. Very welcoming caretakers greet you. Rooms are spacious and old-worldly. Fire in the sitting room is very cosy. View are great from the house and a wander around Loch Katrina is great for bird-watchers. Top spot!

We stay for two nights at this historical homestead. Hosts were friendly and non-intrusive. Amazing home that provided all that we needed but the home and gardens are in need of some TLC to bring it back to its former glory. All in all, an enjoyable stay.
