Needed to have a procedure done at the Panorama MC. The lodge is at the cardiac unit side and a mere gate separates the two. To walk from the lodge to the cardiac unit takes 2 minutes. Very convenient when patient goes to theater and times are unsure. The rooms are spacious, clean and coffee available in room with a...

Conveniently located next to the hospital. Clean bed. The rooms need tlc. No headboard, nothing on the walls. No colour at all. I have asked my washing to be done and it wasn't. I didn't feel welcome. I had to guess what is happening at breakfast as there was no one there to serve me.

Amazing room and good room service, food was great and the room service was very quick. Bathroom's were normal but the overall ambiance for the hotel was great. Specially in the night the lights and dinner service at the hotel restaurant was amazing. Check out time needs to be extended, hotel swimming pool and other activities are great. Nice accommodation with friendly staff. If you're looking for a Hilton experience this place is not for you but if you're looking for a place to sleep and go put all day this will do. Nice rooms with ensuite bathrooms and nice breakfasts. Close to most areas.

The place is not that fancy. It's just so one can have a place to sleep, bath & keep their luggage. There was only one man who was such great help, always willing to help guests and when some staff went early on Christmas day, he was there until 10pm.

We stayed at Cape Panorama Lodge for 3 nights during July. With no reservation when we landed at CT airport, we phoned the lodge closest to the Medi Clinic Panorama Hospital. The friendly lady assured us that we need not worry, she will keep a room for us. Upon our arrival, we sorted out the admin and we were shown...

We arrived in pouring rain, late in the afternoon. After some mix up with our booking we were given the keys to our room and we got somewhat wet taking our luggage from the car to the room. Our room was clean and comfortable but showed signs of wear, the one wall mounted bed light was being held on by...

Although there is a DSTV box and a reasonable TV, only a few channels are operable which is ridiculous. The Receptionist was not able to help at all and didn't know how to get in touch with the owner. Apart from that, the accommodation was good and clean and its the perfect location for someone who needs to get to...
