All our bedrooms are comfortable, functional and include a flat screen TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and an en-suite shower room. Please note due to our unique building our Bedrooms do not have windows and all guests can enjoy a continental breakfast. The bespoke experience we offer is entirely unlike any comparable hotel in Manchester City Centre. We know our hotel is different, and not to everyone's liking but Victoria Warehouse Hotel isn't made up of identically-designed rooms. It's unique, interesting, and in keeping with our ethos of creativity and independence. Our rooms don't have windows due to the architecture of our iconic warehouse building. Although we realise that it can be terribly disappointing not to get a stunning view of a brick wall, car park or heating duct, as is the case in many city hotels. We hope that all our guests embrace our unique and unusual hotel, and enjoy the experience that is Victoria Warehouse Hotel. The venue has very limited on site parking.

Was informed all rooms had air con! We requested a king bed. Whilst I appreciate it is meant to have an industri

We chose this hotel as a function we were attending was being held within the hotel grounds.

Arriving at the hotel, we found that the reception area was also part of the main bar area and the receptionist was acting as bar person. Luckily he dealt with reception people first but

Ok so it’s boutique and you expect quirky. I even read the small print so knew that most rooms did not have windows. Thought that would be ok for a night. It was actually like being in a prison cell. Couldn’t breathe. No air and you could hear every clink of pipes and people walk

Diabolical! Room more like a prison cell, iron bed stead, metal sprung, low. No chair in the room, bed 15” off floor. No food served of an evening except crisps. Bar sparse and unwelcoming, no TV lounge. Only thing on Plus side was bathroom ok. Felt like only place in room to sit

Where is the nearest place to park? We are staying when there is an event on so probably won't get a space in the hotel's car park.
You can ask them to reserve a parking spot. The hotel is very good at providing information to its guests.

What time is check in and check out?
Hi Georgina Check in time is 3pm although we do aim to get guests into their room sooner if possible. Should your room not be available if you arrive before 3pm, you are more than welcome to leave luggage with us and enjoy our lobby and bar area. We hope this helps. Kind regards Front of house team

Where can I park nearby, if your car park is full? Thanks
If they have any functions on then there is no parking at the hotel, if you are checking in at 3pm you might be able to park opposite the entrance (Check with them by phone) if there are no functions on you might be OK. when we went Man Utd were playing at home and we ended up down by the food vans and we were boxed in until about 8pm but there wasn't any parking at the hotel because of the function that was on in their venue. (all that I can advise is for you to give them a call and ask) hope that this is of some help

Hi. If a guest injures themselves whilst a paying guest, do the management take it seriously? I stayed on 6th March, injured myself due to staff negligence and the manager hasn't even bothered returning my calls regarding this. Is this standard for your hotel?
I have just booked.. Am I able to just park my car at the hotel or do I need to do anything else??
Hi deanhemming, Please be aware spaces are limited and availability is on a first come first serve basis. Kind Regards Chris Davies Front of House Manager @ VW
