Our second visit and once again Gill made us especially welcome. Our accommodation, the Alexander Suite, was very spacious and very well appointed, and the breakfasts and treats more than ample. It is in a beautiful setting and the comfort and attention to detail are excellent. Unfortunately the present owners will be moving on next month and the new owners...

To be treated like royalty and made to feel as welcome as any favourite relative might wish for you to feel, characterizes the caring and detail that is provided by Gill and Ian.....the accommodations are meticulously clean and splendidly adorned.......comfortable but not overwhelming. The food and "treats" are provided with love and are of the best quality. We cannot recommend...

This was booked as a birthday surprise for me whilst myself and my partner were travelling for 7 months. What a luxury this was! The owner, Gill, could not have been more helpful or friendly. When we arrived there was a blackboard in the kitchen with our names on welcoming us, which also contained other personalised messages throughout our stay....

Another brilliant location during our month-long sojourn in NZ; Gill and Ian looked after us very nicely in their beautiful, elegant home and couldn't do enough for us during our 3 days with them. They're well-placed to visit the Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, with the small town of Mapua just down the road with one or two good...

We had a wonderful time at Kimeret Place, with very very welcoming host and a very confortable and cute cottage. The breakfast was amazing, so was the view and we really enjoyed all the little attentions. In 3 weeks travel around New Zealand, this was the best place we encountered.

What a wonderful place to stay. A peaceful location with stunning views. We really enjoyed the quiet ambience of our suite (Edwin) and the way it flowed out on to the deck with views across the bay. Our hostess Gill was warm, friendly and informative. We can thoroughly recommend Kimeret as relaxing, luxurious accommodation which provided for all our needs.

we have recently toured NZ and Jill's lodgings were, in our view, the best we had. the location and view are good, the breakfast good, the room excellent(we were in Alexander) and the little extras(chocolates, eats, stories, etc.) just capped a perfect stay. Jill also gave guidance on activities and provided a booking service for the sea shuttle.

We have just returned from a four week tour of New Zealand and we have to say that KImeret Place was simply the best B&B we stayed in during our travels. It was a haven of luxury and tranquility - a great base to explore the wonderful Abel Tasman area. Having Gill as a hostess was like having your own...
