I stay every week at Redlands farm and it is clean, and very well furnished. I have always been given an en- suite room and each room has it's own character. I cannot understand previous reviews that criticise the owners. Richard and Ann went out of their way to settle me in when I first started staying at Redlands. All...

I will start on a positive note - I stayed at this B&B a few weeks ago and decided to try it as I travel weekly and stay at various places. Great location, although overlooking the car park is not a great view. Rates for a single room are reasonable with breakfast included, providing that you do not get up...

Redlands Farm B&B is a superb home-away-from-home, and Richard and Ann are warm, gracious, and charming hosts! Our room was large and immaculate with a comfortable (also large) bed and a well-appointed, modern bathroom. Chef Richard cooked delicious breakfasts, and Ann made sure our every culinary need was met. We spent four nights and hated to leave. Besides being a...

Stayed here at the weekend and it's a great B&B at very reasonable prices. Good location to get to Stratford, Warwick and surrounding areas and very quiet with lovely views. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable; our only gripe was the pillows which weren't comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and very well cooked. Overall,...

We went to this place with my boyfriend last month for two nights. This is the perfect place if you need to go to JLR, and even to Leamington (less than 10min). This is a very nice, quiet and beautiful farm. The bedroom was very clean and tidy, with everything you need, even a dressing table for women ! The...
