We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant. The food is local, traditional, and prepared to perfection. The wine selection is all local too, showing off the excellent wines the region has to offer. The service was extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Nestled among the rocks and pine trees, this place offers a unique setting and atmosphere within the beautiful village of Moureze.

Definitely, one of the finest hotels we've stayed in. The location, the environment, the surroundings, the hotel, the grounds, the rooms, the restaurant & breakfast are all top class. A must for All! To top all that, the manager is a wonderful person and made our stay so pleasurable. The area around the hotel allows for a wide range of day trips, from geological formations to lakes, vineyards and historical magical villages. A must for all.

A very nice auberge, with separate buildings with the bedrooms with terrace, a large swimming pool, a restaurant with terrace and a Spa. Summarized, a cosy hotel with great facilities and surroundings. The restaurant is good and the staff very friendly. We booked a small room, which was indeed small but sufficient. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood nearby a small village.

We really enjoyed 6 nights staying here. Lovely comfortable room, warm friendly owners who were very helpful and went to every effort to accommodate our needs. The outdoor pool was lovely and clean, surrounded by olive trees and pine trees. Great tapas available on site with short walk to small village with other restaurants. Lovely area with interesting walks. Very peaceful and tranquil hotel away from the crowds. Would highly recommend.

We stumbled upon this place. It is on the edge of a lovely village. A 10 min walk. The outdoor swimming pool was fabulous and very cooling in the heatwave (40degrees). We ate in the restaurant, the food was fabulous, all fresh and local. Beautiful wine. Breakfast the next morning was brilliant, fresh juice, bread's, jams fruit. Couldn't have asked for anymore. The air conditioning worked brilliantly. We will be back

Kindness and friendly reception and peaceful and beautiful place to stay to rest and to recharge battery !!
THe room is nice and clean, perhaps a little lack of privacy outside the room due to proximity of room.
But the site is really beautiful, all is perfectly cleaned and the breakfast is really delicious.

We chose Auberge de Val Moureze by chance. We were spending our holidays in the region and when we arrived at the Auberge we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings of the Cirque de Moureze. The hotel is very peaceful with only the sound of birds and crickets on these lovely Autumnal days. We had a wonderful walk around the Cirque with its breathtaking views. At this time of year the restaurant at the hotel was closed, but in the village there was a lively restaurant with tasty food. We would definitely recommend the hotel and the region to others.

W stayed here for 2 nights and took dinner in the hello restaurant. Because one of the kitchen staff had had en accident we had to wait quite a while, but that was no problem since we were properly informed and our stay on the beautiful terrace was lovely. The cook does a very good job. No complex recipes, but very good, fresh ingredients well prepared.
The surroundings of the hotel are breath taking. Our hotel room was simple but with a very tasteful interior. Lovely beds.
We suggest that the extremely hospitable owner take some not on one time to help his staff to attain the level of service he actually has in mind. The staff are very very friendly, but may need to show a little more confidence. Ia am convinced they can do it!

Je pense que ce client n'a pas trouvé ce jour le petit déjeuner à la hauteur des autres prestations fournies par l'Auberge.
Vous voudrez bien noter que venant tout juste de reprendre cet hôtel, des ajustements ont du être faits, d'autres sont en cours dont principalement la partie restauration qui va être complètement revue avec un nouveau Chef qui prendra ses fonctions courant juin.
