Detailed Reviews
My family spent two days in this hotel during our stay in Moureze. A clean and well-kept hotel with great views of the nearby mountains and the village. The hiking paths of the Cirque de Moureze start just a few meters from the hotel. Nice pool area with more than enough sunbeds. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good breakfast offer. No restaurant on site which could be a problem when you arrive in the evening.

My wife and I stayed there for two nights in late August of 2012. Our French is minimal but the couple who ran the hotel were very helpful. Pool was beautiful and they had a lovely patio for breakfast. Rooms were old fashioned but it was up in the hill country great for exploring wine country and great restaurant close by for dinner.

Stayed here for one night only - thank goodness no longer. The rooms are very very dated which doesn't really matter to someone who loves retro styling, like me, but this is over the top. Be aware there is no tv, no hair dryer and the towels will scatch your skin off!!. The beds are very very old and hard. The views from our room were nice but not fantastic as other trip advisor reviewer have stated. BUT the worst thing about this place is the PRICE we paid 119.00 euro for three people this was without breakfast. We have travelled all over France and didn't pay this price even in Paris for a three star place close to the Eiffel Tower. I would unfortunately not recommend this place. Its simple too expensive for what you get. It is NOT four stars. Sorry.

Booked this as our usual stopover hotel in Lodeve is oddly shut at weekends. This is out in the country in a lovely, peaceful village, but within a few miles of the Meridien motorway - just 7km from Clermont L'Herault. Was a wee bit of a struggle to find in a tropical downpour and thunderstorm, but worth the effort. Quite traditional, but absolutely charming and the owners and all staff are extremely welcoming. We visited off season, and the restaurants in the village are closed, so we ended up going the 7km to Clermont L'Herault where there is a big and good choice. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. A real gem.

My husband and I decided to get married in the countryside in winter and then after making that decision realised all the problems that could arise with this.
One thing that worked perfectly was our bookings and interaction with staff at the Hotel Navas Les Hauts de Moureze.
For the weekend of our wedding we booked the entire hotel out for our guests and from beginning to end the staff were incredible. They were always very quick to respond to any enquiry or change that I needed to make and when we arrived the day before the wedding they were on hand and went through every room with us.
The hotel is beautifully set within the Cirque du Moureze and each room has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and dolomites.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped with nice beds and modern bathrooms.
The hotel also offers a great breakfast that can be included for the duration of your stay in a shared dining hall overlooking the village of Moureze and the dolomites which is just beautiful.
Our guests definitely enjoyed their stay at the hotel with glowing reviews from everyone on the breakfast, the cleanliness of the hotel.
The service of the staff at the hotel was definitely a stand out for all our guests who were immediately made to feel comfortable and at home during their stay.
Our guests stayed during the low season (January) and had a fantastic time.
We will definitely be heading back there in the near future for a weekend getaway.

Delightful. Very welcoming owner. Wonderful views from room and great breakfast. What more could one want. We ate at Chez Eva's in the village. Ideal for exploring the Cirque de Moureze and Lac de Salagou.

"A bit tricky to find. Get to the village and in the middle of town opposite the church there's a little lane up to the hotel - look for the sign. Try taking the cross-country route from the hotel to Beziers, through the Herault wine villages. A refreshing change from the main road....."Read full review
