The object has two accounts on expedia, hotels.com etc. In one of them they put an address the propety is in Mayen, Germany. This is where we booked this hotel as well. After trying to go ther, it turned out that the hotel does not exist. I tried to contact the hotel, however they only speak Spanish. I speak a little Spanish but they were not able to help me. Also I tried to write an email to them but the adress that I found (Hotelvalvarde@yahoo.com) seems wrong because they didn't get the email. After everything I realized the real hotel address is in San Salvadore In Mexico. So another continent is a huuuuuge different. I am unable to contact with the property for a refund. Also my travel agent are unable to contact with them. They are cheating people.

A destacar por lo bueno, la atención del personal. Te reciben con amabilidad, son detallistas y te ayudan en caso de que necesites cualquier cosa. Está cerca de una zona con restaurantes (4 minutos andando). Como negativo, en un primer momento me alojaron en el edificio contiguo a la recepción. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear, no estaba muy limpia y poco cuidada. Por un problema en las instalaciones me trasladaron al edificio principal, en una habitación que sí cumplía con mis expectativas y era acorde a los comentarios que había leído sobre el hotel (limpia, acojedora).

Llegué entrada la noche y la atención que me brindaron fue muy amable, de esas que te hacen sentir "bienvenido" en un lugar. La explicación de rigor, del desayuno incluido en la estadía y otros puntos, sin dejar de lado que no dudara en consultarles cualquier ayuda que necesitara. Ya en la habitación descubrí una grata sorpresa, un detalle de esos que en otros hoteles se hace con una fotocopiadora y con un mensaje institucional; una carta de bienvenida a mano, dirigida a mi y aparte de brindarme la bienvenida me presentaba a Ana, que estaría preparando los desayunos a la mañana siguiente, y a Cristian, que es la persona que cubre la recepción en las noches. Este detalle para mi vale mucho, porque a veces creemos que no cosas sencillas pero en mi opinión esta personalización vale mucho. Los desayunos me parecieron bien, en los tres días que lo tomé había una opción saludable y otra opción del menú de desayunos. Las porciones son suficientes y la preparación al momento y bien hecha. Café y jugo de naranja acompañan los alimentos. Sólo tengo un par de puntos a mejorar, el primero un tema con las almohadas. No logré que ninguna me funcionara de forma satisfactoria, por lo que el descanso no fue el mejor. El otro creo que lo están subsanando pero en la estadía se presentó un temblor en la madrugada, que causó un apagón, pero el hotel no contaba con lámparas de emergencia disponibles. Por lo demás felicitarles por su calidez y atención a los detalles. Espero volver en un futuro.…

Well Locatel at Santa Helena in San Salvador. Very basic, clean and well kept. Breakfast included. Mall plazas and restaurants near by. Low cost about 80 usd per night breakfast included. Bedding allows for some improvement.

El personal esta atento y muy dispuesto a ayudar cuando necesitas algo, los desayunos muy ricos y tienen muchas opciones de bebidas. La limonada con fresas y el batido de chocolate placentero definitivamente son mis favoritas.
