Stayed with spouse and child (4) for 1 week. The staff were welcoming, courteous and professional. We appreciated the attentiveness and dedication to our customer experience. The room was a comfortable size, clean and housekeeping serviced the rooms beautifully. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey (over $20 each) but offered a good variety of choices and the food was delicious. We also ordered room service often and it was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I wish there were more hooks in the bathroom for our toiletry bags and bath towels to be hung to dry, besides that - beds were comfy, TV channels plentiful and fridge in room were nice perks. Free parking garage below & hotel is attached to the shopping mall for easy access to a grocery store, food, and shopping. Fast walk to outdoor mall with many more food choices. We felt safe and well cared for at the Hyatt Centric. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to others.

This newly opened hotel is fantastic. I often opt for non-chains when I travel, in order to get a more local experience. But this Hyatt Centric does a great job of incorporating local vibes and flavor.
Beautiful hotel, and sparkling clean. Rooms are large, attractive, and very functional. The beds are comfortable, and I slept great with the black out shades.
What really ensures the 5 star rating though, is the staff. They are A+! From the doorman to the front desk staff, security, restaurant staff, and the barista, and everyone in between, I encountered warm smiles and greetings everywhere I turned. That’s truly what makes a stay memorable.
Oh— and the food is great too!

I found this hotel to be very bare - they had removed a few convenience items from the rooms. It seems like they're cutting costs. Also the breakfast staff is not very attentive or kind (some confusion with the card caused by English language barrier). The water in the shower also does not get very hot.

It is unbelievable that I had to park my truck outside the hotel premises, it is unacceptable and ridiculous that I paid over $200 for a night and I didn't even get a parking spot. Not coming back or recommending you guys at all.
It was a end of year getaway so we were supposed to stay up late and wake up late. Failed on that too. The room didn't have black out curtains so I had to be up early even if I didn't want to and have the sun shining right on my face. This plus the situation and concern about my truck being parked outside of the hotel parking place, on a side walk as they instructed made my stay stressful. If you stay here, I would highly recommend you to get some sort of guarantee about your parking spot and that you'll have some good shut eye in the morning.
The room and premises were at the very least what you expect for paying over $200 a night (other than being up at 6 AM with sunshines and rainbows on your face).

We celebrated my daughters birthday, as we did thevious year in Hyatt Centric. We reserved a suite and an additional room for family members. Everything was clean and neat however there weren't sufficient toiletries. Without being trivial I think it is one of the first things I look at when entering a room or suite. That being said all employees are professional, helpful and friendly.

I’ve always been a fan of the Hyatt hotels, but this one was very disappointing as the room had no black out curtains, no microwave, the water kept switching from cool to burning hot, I was charged $150 as a hold for room service without being asked. The window in the bedroom was very scary as it had no protection no bad nothing in between the seat and glass, the man next door to me was blasting music for hours and hotel didn’t know till I called, the food portions were very small and pricey but not worth it as nothing Was tasty. I wouldn’t stay again.

I love my experience at the Hyatt Centric. Based on my experience at the different luxury hotels in El Salvador, this one is the best. I loved how beautiful the entire hotel is, from the entrance to the rooms. You can tell everything is new. The room is designed so well and feels cozy. Amazing bathroom and view. I liked the location, within walking distance of “La Gran Via” which is full of stores and restaurants. Ubers to Bambu area is around $2. The pool is beautiful and the view especially at night, even with bar next to it and comfy seats to lounge. The gym is great. My only complaint would be that breakfast was not included which surprised me and costs $19.99 per person I believe. Food was good and so was the service. Overall I highly recommend, just look out to make sure breakfast is included in your amenities.

When it comes to hotel experiences, it's all about the service. And let me tell you, the service at this hotel was beyond my expectations. The people were not only kind and patient, but they were also incredibly attentive. And when I accidentally left my bookbag with my laptop in it one evening, a guest found it and the staff stored it for me. I can't thank them enough for taking care of my belongings. While the location of the hotel wasn't my favorite due to the crowds and traffic, I have to say that the hotel staff made my experience worth it. It's hard to top excellent customer service, and this hotel definitely delivered. I would not only recommend this hotel, but I would also stay here again in a heartbeat.

Multiplaza about 5 minute walk from hotel has a few excellent restaurants @ "Las Terrazzas".
La Gran Via is 5 minute walk directly across the street on the other side. Many good restaurants and you pass a cab stand located in front of Siman's department store. Hit Google for a a list of bars in Zona Rosa or San Benito.....Good Luck..
