Maya Rue was difficult to find since it wasn’t in our GPS. We called for directions and the young lady at the front desk made no effort to find anyone who spoke English. We finally had a taxi drive show us the way. The only...More

The hotel has a great location, 1 block off the main street and 3 or so from the main plaza. But besides that there are not many positive aspects to this place. No elevator in a place where you have to go up 5 (or...More

Great location in the centre of Palenque and close to the collectivo bus stop for the Ruins. Unfortunately Palenque has not much to offer itself. The rooms are boutique style, large and airy but because of its location it is noisy all night long -...More

The streets aren't labeled very well so here's my best shot at giving you directions. The bus station is right on the main road in Palenque (benito juarez). Out of the station turn right into town and stay on the on the right side of the road. The main road bends slightly and goes up hill, don't be sidetracked by side streets. Once you're at the hill you'll walk further into town and take the 2nd right. The hotel is fairly easy to see from the intersection. If you make it to the oxxo store or tropi taco, you've gone too far. I really hope this helps. It isn't hard to find, despite the badly labeled streets.
