We stayed with a group in this hotel as a part of our tour of Mexico. It's a rather small and simple 3 star hotel with the basic amenities, dated equipment and furniture, but just okay for a short stay in Palenque. We were on a half board basis which was average again and stuff…
This hotel was a life saver for us as it was a rough ride to get to Palenque and we weren't feeling well. We got to the room and let out the biggest sigh of relief. It was beautiful. Great rock features, the comfiest bed, amazing bathroom, the best air conditioning we've ever…
The room was comfortable, clean, &spacious. A lot of wild life in the surroundings. Easy for tours to pick you up. Need taxi if you want to buy groceries or go to the pharmacy. Staff was very polite. I'm a woman traveling alone and safety wasn't an issue.
OK but a little run down. Towels & bedding clean but thin. Room decor dated. Nice grounds with agouti pottering about & noisy howler monkeys in the distance. Refurbished it will be a nice hotel again.
Quite a large hotel spread out along the side of the river. Rooms are a bit dated though quite large but very nondescript. Two beds in the double room, useful air conditioning and a TV. Bathroom was quite poor with fixtures and fittings not well put together, shower was above…
"There is no hair dryer or small refrigerator inside the room. "
"First floor rooms may be quieter no-one walking on your ceiling"
"Maybe ask for a river view."
"Ask a room, close to the swimming pool"
"Book another hotel !"
