Spacious room, big bed but virtually no wifi signal in the room. It was a relief to go back to an air conditioned room after a hot humid day in the ruins. The room had a connecting door to another room and sound insulation from the adjoining room was not very good. Like the open wardrobe. Receptionist spoke limited English...

We could not have made a better choice in Palenque. It is on a quiet street away from the bustle of town, there is a small pool if the weather is warm. There is secure parking also. The rooms are very nice with good lighting, good beds, hot showers, quiet air conditioning. The hotel restaurant is pleasant but next door...

Exactly as described by other Tripadvisor reviewers: very clean, inexpensive/good value and walking distance to the bus station. I chose it for these reasons and felt it was a good choice. Palenque isn't a town to linger in but rather somewhere to overnight as you visit the ruins and then leave. The hotel is handy - i arrived after dark...

Very pleased with our stay here. Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The bed was very very comfy! Too bad we were up early for the ruins...! The pool is also lovely and they give you swimming towels upon request. Great location to the centre and close to the bus terminal. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is more than what one would expect for the price. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and have air conditioning, but the most important part is the service, from the beginning they were very attentive, helping us make an express check-in and helping us arrange our transportation after having car trouble.

Palenque was a highlight for us and we had a great stay at Chablis, the rooms were clean, the staff were helpful and a few spoke a useful amount of english. The restaurant was well priced and the food fairly good.

I accessed Chablis again before my wedding ceremony, and I asked a favor from hotel staff to record a short video of blessing, so that I can replay the video in my wedding ceremony. They well arranged that video with their hospitality and professionalism, altough I know the video is quite troublesome because I asked them to use two languages...

We did not expect much and selected it based on the price and reviews from this site. We discovered that it was a great valute for money. Very clean and staff is tentative. We even had a swim in the pool. I would definitely choose it again.

We were not particularly looking forward to the Palenque leg of our trip to Mexico as we had read bad things about the hotels in the area, so we arrived to hotel Chablis with no expectations (particularly considering the price of the hotel). We were shown to our room straight away even though we arrived before 8am which was a...
