Meals were well presented and tasted great the staff were very helpful when asked about gluten free options if they were unsure they checked for us. I really enjoyed the large selection of hot and cold at the salad bar and it was kept very clean

Just had a meal at the Shoreline......so disappointed in being charged $2 for vinegar for my chips ! The Shoreline policy is that Vinegar is a sauce and therefore if you have a sauce with your steak and want vinegar with your chips you will be charged for an extra sauce....since when did vinegar become a sauce ???? Is it...

The gourmet bar was ordinary. A lot of cooked vegies still hard. Salads were ok. Mains were small. Obviously expected to fill up on salad bar while waiting. A lot of beer battered products with far too much batter. No idea what the fish of the day was...beer battered of course. Service was slack. Door to playground is too heavy...

Well what a shock, ordered Porterhouse at $28, got a pathetic little minute steak looking piece of meat that was not Ned to well but cooked to death. Come on shoreline, at $28, that's not a porterhouse steak, just because the vegetable buffet is included doesn't mean you go cheap on a main meal a customer orders to enjoy, only...

I cannot praise enough the staff and the food which is served there. We used to stay in that hotel on transit from Canberra before we looked for suitable accommodation. The cafe bar and the staff have retained their friendliness and courtesy ever since.

The room was very small and hard to manoeuvre for my husband in a wheelchair. No view at all in our unit The courtyard is enclosed in a high steel wall! The bathroom was very large with good rails so that was a plus. The dining room serves good food, but it was too hard to access with a wheelchair....

Visited this restaurant with a large group. My fish of the day with chips above average. Good place for kids. Good kids options on menu. Even though it was busy we had plenty of room and it didn't seem noisy.

Just took a leavers dinner there, we were seated at just after 6 p.m. The food came out in dribs and drabs, one table only getting the food at 7:45 p.m. bearing in mind we told the parents we'd be back at 8 p.m. My wife's and my food tasted like it was out of a jar and at $28...
