This is our second stay at Relais Casamasima. Anna is the perfect host, an absolute joy. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, large, quiet. If you ask, Anna may make dinner, with most ingredients coming from her garden and farm, including the wine. Breakfast is outstanding. Being there is like staying in a very beautiful home of a friend. I want...

If your thoughts of Italy are about warm genuine people, simple but delicious food, an unhurried way of life, vineyards, medieval towns, and olive groves then the best way to match those thoughts to reality once you are in Umbria is to stay at Casamassima. Anna the owner is as remarkable as the history and beauty of the region are....

We stayed here for 6 nights as part of our 2week honeymoon and Italy and loved every minute of it. The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. Anna is wonderful host, she gave us lots of ideas about daytrips and cooked some delicious meals with Marceda the lovely lady who cleaned our rooms daily. The pool was great for a...

If you are in Umbria, I strongly recommend a stay here. Anna is such a genuinely lovely host who books restaurants for you, recommends places to visit and can cook you the most wonderful lunches or dinners if you want it. Most of her food is home grown too. The room we had was fantastic. Modern but it retained the...

Having spent some time looking at various lovely properties on the internet we decided to go for this - we were not disappointed in the least. A stunning property with beautiful rooms and suites all individually designed and decorated by the owner (the lovely Anna - who was also the most perfect gracious and helpful hostess!) Suite 2 was sublime...

Our second stay at Relais Casamassima for the second year in a row. This is the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying nature. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and other fruit trees, it is a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring neighboring towns. The food is magnificent and the wine delicious. Ana is always a joy to be around,...

Finding somewhere online and then finding that it meets your expectations is not always certain. Casamassima exceeds the expectations and its owner and your hostess, Anna Locori is gracious, welcoming and extremely helpful. I had booked Suite 1 - up some steep stairs. This was a beautifully restored and decorated set of rooms: bathroom, bedroom and sitting room with what...

Umbria, like much of Italy, consists of natural beauty enhanced by that which is made by man. So too does Casamassima. It is not only a gorgeous, meticulously cared for and renovated farmhouse in a jewel of a natural spot, but it is also Anna and her hospitality. This serene agriturismo reflects her unique and elegant taste. Casamassima is some...

If there was a sixth star, I'd give it to Relais Casamassima. The house is heavenly, surroundings magical, food divine and Ana is just lovely. My fiancé and I had the most wonderful time here - I'm almost reluctant to leave a post for want of keeping the destination secret so we can go back every year!

This is a beautifully restored, stone-built 16th century farmhouse. Rooms are modern, superbly decorated and very spacious with top-quality facilities. Beautiful swimming pool in the luscious garden. The warmest of hospitality throughout our stay from Anna. Superb breakfasts and an excellent dinner on one evening of our stay. Own wine and olive oil from adjacent vineyards and groves and some...
