Upon arriving at this motel we were so upset with the greeting we almost left. We pulled up outside reception to check in and instead of a hello we got yelled at through the car window "We are full! No vacancies!" .. we actually had a booking. The staff member was sitting on the counter and didn't bother to move...

Was fortunate enough to get a room in this motel - last minute booking. In the area for work so only slept in the motel. Didnt have time to even use the spa pool! Nicolette was fabulous and very accommodating. Didnt arrive until late but she had the room all prepared for us.

Very basic, very clean, very peaceful-- helpful staff when booking - seemed to be nobody around while we were there. No electric blanket on the bed -- nice to have the hot tub filled when we arrived. Great for an overnight stay.

Let it rain let it hail you won't care :-) Relaxation guaranteed - you can control the temperature of the mineral pools to suit plus the minerals leave your skin feeling extra silky ;-) Each unit is completely self contained with a great little kitchen This is definitely our favourite place for a winter weekend escape

My boyfriend and I needed a night away to relax, unwind and rekindle our relationship and this was the perfect place. We arrived in the evening - 15min later the spa was hot and we soaked away our cares. As we arrived late we were given a 'free' late check out of 2pm. Cant wait to go back.

When I rang this motel to book, the lady who answered was soooo nice on the phone. So friendly and welcoming :-) On arrival the man was so accommodating. The motel has been recently revamped with new decks where the private spas are in the studio units. High fenced area it was wonderful!! The room was nice, nothing over flash...

After a 9 hour trip we arrived at motel. I had mentioned to Nicollette we were travelling all day and she had the spa filled and ready to go for us, many thanks for that Nicollette. The rooms are very clean, tidy and peaceful. Shower was awesome with great water pressure. Bed was extremely comfy and after a long drive,...

Thanks Nicolette for a wonderful relaxing end to our holiday. The mineral pool all ready to slide into when we arrived. We always feel welcome when we stay. Nothing we needed was too much trouble for you and we felt secluded in our own little getaway most of the time. We will be back.
