We stayed here over Christmas 2022 and it was a wonderful experience. Their facilities are excellent and rooms were well equipped and spacious. The beach was also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the early morning kayaking experience. They has organized a dance floor with DJ music on Christmas night which was also lovely.

The vacation was good. The rooms are nice and well maintained, the hotel looked good. The staff is very friendly, especially the animators were cool. The food was good, but there was not enough variety. There is always something to do, this is also thanks to the animators, all the interactivity was very nice.

A good get away for kids where they can enjoy water rides pool and beach at the same time.... Ms. Angel Ms.May, Kamal special gratitude for them for their service s ... Ms. angel was a darliywiyh kids in the pool... Do visit this place ... They have events for kids and adults on the evening which is a cookie for the kids

It was amazing trip for the time being. The food was delicious. The views on the ocean was breathtaking. All stuff was really attentive to each member of the family. One time we realised that the blanket had disappeared. We asked for them and after 5 minutes the hotel stuff fetched us two blankets. We took a packet trip to Dubai and didn't regret as it was amazing. At the beach there were lots of entertainments: yoga, bocha, aquaaerobic, olimpic games, volleyball. Thank you for these things to Lilia and Adelina. We will advise that hotel to our friends!!!

Never go to this Hotel, they cancel your confirmed bookings anonymously when they have high demand. I booked my stay through Agoda and planned my trip 15 days prior , everything was confirmed but on the day of my stay I got an email that the propertier cancelled my stay. They just ruined my planned trip just so they could earn some few more bucks!!!

The only positives about this place are its location and the kids amenities with waterslides. We initially did the mistake of booking a bungalow in the resort instead of the hotel tower! You could absolutely feel the despicable quality and finishing of this place the moment you enter. The staff at the reception were so badly trained that they simply handed over an A4 sheet with hotel amenities info instead of uttering a single word. The doormen had failed to recognize us as the resort guests and stopped us 2 times during our stay and the 2nd time I had to say I could use my access card to open instead of your help. The buffet at Al Sharoof was a disaster and no one cares about your requests ...again these people don't look trained at all and some even dared to lie when asked about their resort policies. An Incident happened at the resort almost spoiled our family vacation. " the 1st night of our stay, there was a big bloody fight broke out involving a drunk russian guy and an arab family.the arab guy was knocked out by the drunk russian and they were literally fisting each other and rolling on the ground near to the main pool and kids pool area. there were enough hotel staffs present there including some staffs who were visibly well built in their gym attire and ironically no body did anything ...nothing was done to prortect the kids in the pool or ensure their safety.. the fight was happening very close to the kids pool and many parents had to rush to the pool to pick up their kids from the area which was completely hostile and uncontrollable. my pregnant wife had multiple nightmares during the night thinking about the bloody fight happenned right in from of us. i dont wish to go back ever and for family travellers with kids yeah there are good kids amenities..but your kids safety shouldnt come next to anything and most of their staffs are under trained or low paid to even understand your concerns…
