We stayed here for 1 night and I should say the best thing about our stay was the location. It is situated right inside the BRT tiger reserve and along with their hospitality it was a great stay. Staff are very courteous and does everything possible to make your stay comfortable. During the jeep safaris our naturalist cum driver tried...

JLR lived up to my expectations. In the middle of forest, a nice not so luxurious yet as private as it could be set up. Stayed in K-Gudi tented accommodation for 2 nights, when most people would do just 1 night. Well maintained place, very polite and smiling team serving the guests. Nothing much to complain at all. Loved the...

Jungle Lodges Wilderness camp in Kathavarayana Gudi or K-Gudi, as it is popularly known, is one of the most sought after and popular Eco-tourism Jungle resorts that you can come across. It is situated in the BR Hills (Biligirirangana betta) forest belt. Access to the camp from Bangalore is by Car or by State transport buses to Mysuru. Plenty of...

This is located in Yalandur taluk, Chamarajanagar District, at about 85 Kms from Mysore and 190 Kms from Bangalore, best place to go for family outing with children where you can spot many wild animals like Elephants, Tigers, Leopard, Wild dog, wild buffaloes and herds of deer..

Firstly - JLR is a notch above all Govt accomodations that I have been at till date; but certainly not VFM. The location of KGudi Wilderness camp is right next to Forest dept's own accommodation and at a vantage point in the jungle. The tented accommodation that I stayed in was quite good, and all the inclusions like food, jungle...

The property is located right in the middle of the jungle. It's normal to see wildlife (deers, monkeys and plenty of birds) without any effort running across the property. The room charge includes tea/coffee served at the room early in the morning, safaris in the morning and evening, all three meals and coffee/tea with snacks in the evening. Standard South...

One of those rare places in Karnataka where you get to stay by the jungle if not exactly inside the jungle. Our log hut was number 1 and we were told that many a times big cats have given a visit. We were not lucky enough to witness that but there were enough deers, monkeys & wild boars as you...
