Disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It is true that view of Santa Cruz Huatulco is amazing, but really ends there. Pool area is portly kept and my girlfriend actually stepped on a piece of broken glass poolside. The beach is not a beach but a poorly kept area accompanied by rocks. No beach to be found. I would not advise climbing down the stairs. We didn’t spend a lot of time at hotel, but when we did the staff seemed disinterested in any of our needs. Even for assistance to call a taxi seemed to be inconvenient. The service is non existent as well. We had a problem with our TV and after waiting to have someone finally come to the room they were unable to get tv working. A second person arrived and got the TV working. Then insulted us by implying that we wasted his time with a problem that wasn’t a problem. Rooms are spartan and things like linens are well past time to be replaced. White towels were blue, covered in ink or something else. There are many great hotels in Huatulco. Don’t believe the photos and stay somewhere else.…

What we loved the most about this hotel was the view and the fact that every single room at this property has a balcony or terrace, doesn't matter the type of room you book. We went on low season so we got a great rate. The room was pretty large, clean, a/c was working nicely as well as the satellite tv. There is no restaurant at the villa, however, they do offer room service; european or continental breakfast, and a variety of tacos, tlayudas and a large range of pizzas). It was hard to get drinks there (beers or cocktails), so I would recommend stopping by an oxxo or any other store beforehand. They have their own beach access, small but private and yes, you can swimm there! In my opinion, the pool could use some improvements as it was a bit dirty, but overall it was nice. I would definitely come back!…

Pro's Great views Con's Hugely neglected rooms. Uncomfortable beds Kitchen falling apart, old grotty appliances 1 single plate, 4 sauces and 2 coffee all stacked on side of sink like someone had been squating in room. Front door to room, falling apart. Lady breast feeding her child at reception. Faulty towers to say the least. Booked for 3 nights, checked out after 1.
