Amazingly nice and helpful staff, extremely tasty high-quality food: liver and blood sausage with sides for dinner, nice continental breakfast in the next morning ; good wine. Also - the location, peaceful, cozy, only some few minutes driving distance from 's-Hertogenbosch.

Wonderful hotel and restaurant, friendly staff, informative and helpful with bus timetables etc. Restaurant food excellent and weekly set menu really good value. Bus stops outside for easy travel into Den Bosch and only 5euro return! Highly recommended.

Very happy to have stayed here - great room and good value. Excellent breakfast, better than usual in this price range. Just mind that if you are staying on a Sunday you might want to get a room in the back as the church bells right across the street can be a bit loud...

I have stayed here on several occasions as part of some business trips and I was pleased of the services offered by this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. Some of them are larger (no.11), others are quite small (no. 12). The stairs going to the first floor are in a narrow spiral and not easily accessible, especially if...

Den Dungen is a charming little town within biking distance of the City of S'Hertogensbosch. We stayed for three nights with the Goossens Family in their charming hotel that has been in the family for generations. The rooms were roomy comfortable and clean with functional ensuite bathrooms. The restaurant was excellent with a good variety on the menu and well...

Have stayed here several times on business. Each time the standard of service has been excellent. The hotel is well appointed, the restaurant is very good and the staff are always welcoming. It is a very pleasant place to stay.

With two friends, we spent four nights at Boer Goosens. Unlike in many hotels, the single rooms were 'real' rooms, not glorified cupboards. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. We used Den Dungen as a base for a few days cycling around the area. From arrival to departure, staff were all friendly, attentive, knowledgable about the menu and generally...

We stayed in this hotel prior to joining the Autoslaap train down to Italy. The hotel is run by a father and his two sons all of whom have had extensive experience of running hotels in Europe and the Caribbean. The hotel is situated in the delightful village of Den Dengun the rooms are spotlessly clean well appointed and comfortable....

We chose to stay here as we were travelling by train to Livorno the next day, it is only 10 minutes from the station. The small town is spotlessly clean and although it was raining we still went for a small walk as we wanted to savour the atmosphere of the place. Our room was perfect, of a good size...

“Noisy church bell through the night but the hotel cannot do anything about this! Take earplugs as clock strikes through the night.”

“Ask for a room closer to the internet router. Not all rooms get the wifi signal. If you like a perfectly quiet environment as for a room on the side of the hotel that doesn't have the church.”

“If you are worried by church bells ask for a room on the other side of the hotel...but we weren't disturbed by the bells overnight.”

“If you are concerned about the clock chiming, ask for a room at the back; if you don't mind the odd 'bong' in the night and like watching the locals, stay at the front of the hotel.”
