Sleep and Nature They represent a turning point for those looking to improve their lives. Due to the stress of daily routines, many need help when it comes to sleep. More than a hotel or clinic, Sleep and Nature is a promise of rest and revitalization. The privileged location transports guests to the countryside, tranquility and comfort, while reinforcing the connection to nature and the importance of rest. Sleep & Nature will be a 4* hotel located in Montemor-o-Novo, in a completely rural setting. The 32 accommodation units, as well as the remaining spaces of the hotel, were designed and developed within the scope of a differentiating offer of well-being. Based on the balance of the surrounding nature and the importance of transferring that balance to our body, this innovative concept combines a tourist leisure component with a component of holistic well-being. With a well-being offer aimed at disorders related to sleep and stress and with the need to regain your balance, in a time and space specially designed for this purpose, Sleep & Nature will have a unique differentiating factor in this aspect.

The Hotel is Top. Best hotel I've ever been to, from the nature to the facilities and cleanliness, very good.

Negative: the description indicates that it is a good hotel for families with children. Is not true. Nothing is programmed for children, much less those aged 0 to 3.

The restaurant staff is very amateur for the type of hotel. Very weak room, very weak staff and food too expensive for the type of food served.

We had to reserve a table and I warned that we needed a baby chair. When we arrived they responded that there were more children in the room and that it was on a first-come, first-served basis and that there were no more chairs (I booked with a chair so the chair had to appear, of course!!)

We ordered soup for the girls and starters for the adults. It took 45 minutes to bring the soup (after we complained and the response was “there are more children in the room, you have to wait your turn” 30 seconds later the soup came)

The starters fell by the wayside because 50 minutes later we refused the starters, obviously). The food is poor in quantity and quality for the price charged.

Conclusion: the hotel is top (not for children) and the restaurant is terrible. I recommend the hotel to sleep and relax by the pool but please don't dine in the restaurant which is very bad, starting with the staff who don't even know how to talk to customers and the prices charged with very basic food and friendly names.

Nice hotel, a little difficult to access because they are 2km on a road beat without light, with plenty of holes which for some cars, especially low ends up being a challenge.

As for the space, cozy, hotel with modern lines, the room is quite comfortable, had a small common balcony with the side bedroom and the super spacious bathroom. We found that the common spaces were a little limited, such as the indoor swimming pool that because it was a winter period was full and ended up filling the bathroom quickly, since it was just a bathroom with everyone's boxes...

However, the space from the indoor pool was quite cozy and warm, the pool has a stunning view over the hill, there is still sauna and Turkish bath. No doubt what made our stay worth it.

Small gym but with enough equipment for use and "like new", had towels and water available.

The only less good points, or "to be improved", we consider to be the fact that there are many little pets at the doors of the rooms during the night, being impossible to open the door without entering any pets, and twice mosquitoes... I strongly advise the hotel to invest in illuminating the way into the rooms and removing the presence lights from the walls of the rooms that are lit all night... Because it is because of these lights that causes the cluster of insects together at the doors.

However, it would have been a pleasant surprise.

Excellent little stay in this hotel! The surrounding green area is beautiful and very quiet, the bedroom (bed, pillows, toilet) as well as common areas, very comfortable and well decorated. The staff is also extremely friendly. Special details such as having a fireplace lit at night and housekeepers outside, offering hot tea and (delicious) cookies at all times make us feel very well received. They made us upgrade the room to a "superior" (tínhamoa reserved the Nature), which was also very friendly. We were still allowed to stay in the Spa after the check-out (later), without additional costs. Breakfast with good local products. All this at affordable prices :) We became fans, let's go back! A balm for the soul.
It also seems a great place to stay with babies.

We really enjoyed visiting Sleep&Nature and it was a very pleasant experience, both in terms of comfort and the friendliness and attention of the staff. The location invites you to relax and the restaurant also has a good menu. Highlighting the massage we had at the SPA with therapist Raquel, who was excellent!! I recommend!

Avoiding the Restaurant Monte do Vagar, after a wait of close to 1 hour, what is announced in the Menu as a grilled vacuum with Duxelle mushrooms and truffled potato puré is no more than salted mushrooms and crushed potatoes, without any "truffled", to accompany a grilled vacuum, in the end say that could have requested to "add" truffled olive oil when initially there was no truffled potato, something that is well identifiable and Duxelle is quite different from a grilled mushroom... At the end, the dessert, there was no ice cream requested, as an alternative they proposed the change for strawberry ice cream, but they exchanged for Framboesa and didn't even warn because they definitely thought that "escaped"... Indecent... The tap water is well paid for the meal...

Taking this out, the hotel location is nice, but nothing extraordinary.

Great location for those who want to rest, away from everything and in full nature.
Dinner at the restaurant and we liked it very much. The food was well confectioned and the staff who were attentive and professional.
Very good PA and excellent quality. The team that was in service is that leaves much to be desired. Lack of attention to the guests and very disorganized. A shame!!
Comfort and cleanliness of the rooms very good. Only the cleaning of the balcony should be more careful.
The loungers in the pool are in need of a good repair.
The indoor pool, too small for the number of guests/rooms. The spa space should be more careful.

I only have one word to say SPECTACULAR! Without a shadow of a doubt the best 4-star hotel I've ever stayed at. Located in a quiet place where there is no noise at all. The rooms are large with a super comfortable huge bed and a bottle of water, cookies and tea. The bathroom is beautiful, with very good hygiene products and very warm water. They also have a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube in the room.
The spa part is very good. We had it in the indoor pool and it was very warm and there was no need for a cap.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was the best we did. The food is good and not too expensive. Breakfast with little variety (in my opinion) but high quality!
Of particular note are the staff who work at the hotel, all of whom are very competent and friendly young people. The best hotel to relax, without a doubt I will return. Thanks!! 🫶

The stay was overall pleasant. We spent 2 days / 1 night. The facilities are quite good and recent and the outdoor pool is also quite pleasant (except for some persistent mosquitoes).

The staff, although very friendly and helpful, is a little below what was expected, especially considering the long delays at the bar and restaurant.

Quiet, beautiful and very comfortable place. The staff is very friendly and available and the facilities are, in general, always clean and tidy. I also recommend the food at the restaurant and the breakfasts are very complete and delicious. The access road is the only least favorable point in the entire experience.
