Having ridden for hours through the pouring rain, both our hosts gave us a very warm welcome at their tastefully furnished place. After a refreshing shower in the spacious bathroom, our host invited us into a beautiful room where a fire was burning in the fire place and where we were served, after some appetizers, delicious home made pizzas and...

My wife and I were finishing a three-day colloquium in southern France (Haute Provence) and wanted to plan stops in Germany and Belgium. By chance, while we were making our reservations, we came across Hotel l'Etable on the Internet. The rates were fabulous (two nights in a King room with a deck overlooking the Alps for a bit more than...

We have spent two nights in the hotel, while visiting Leman lake. L'Etable is set in an amazing scenery, in the Swiss mountains. It is very clean and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room is tastefully decorated in a chalet style. People at the reception are very helpful. Parking is under the hotel and is free, in the...

This hotel is right next to the ski slope... all you have to do is grab your skis and walk 50 meters and you are on the slope! Literally ski in and ski out!!! The rooms are simple but spacious and if you have a room facing the mountains it is lovely to watch skiiers head up the slope or...

We have never had such a quick & simple check-in. We parked in the free hotel garage car park, up with our luggage to the reception. No-one was there but our keys were lying ready for us. Really nicely decorated spacious room, view to the mountains worth it. We didn't have breakfast, but found the RO price good value. Summer...

Lets be honest these aren't always easy to find. Ski in Ski Out to some people means something entirely different to others. I want a hotel where I put my boots on click in my skis and ski to a lift which takes me to a full day of ski runs. This is exactly what you get in this resort...

Found this gem on booking.com and since we came during an "off period" (mid Jan weekend) found an excellent rate. When we arrived reception was warm and friendly, heated ski room access and parking in the same building. The room was amazing, balcony with a view of the mountains and lift, all new and beautiful and clean. Don't see this...

We have skied everywhere in the world and this has been by far the best experience we had when it comes to hotel/location/price combination. The rooms are really nice and I am not even talking about their biggest suit which is just jaw dropping! The best about the hotel and restaurants in a nutshell: - lovely traditional village: no 10...

We spent a week at L'Etable and had an absolutely perfect stay. The (extremely charming) owner very generously upgraded us to the suite which is gorgeous. Highly recommend! It is a duplex with two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony and fireplace. One great feature in the rooms is radiant heat in the...
