I arrived very very late Because my flight didn't come in until almost midnight. And it was almost 1: 30 when i finally arrived. The man working the desk was right there I didn't have to wait or ring a bell For somebody to show up. The parking lot was a little small but it was not a problem.

Great location. We’ve stayed here 3 times now. This latest visit was pre and post cruise. I do not feel safe in San Juan. At this hotel, I had no fears. We even walked to a local restaurant. Please note that this location is along a major roadway. Not an interstate type road, but, busy. There was noise, but tolerable This is not a top tier hotel. It is not a Ritz Carlton, it is not a Hyatt. However, this is a superior location. Those top tier locations are $500+. This location is much cheaper. We were in rooms 509 and 503. Thanks to front desk supervisor Rachel we were upgraded. These were both suites. See if they will upgrade you! They had a full hot breakfast. 1st one I’ve had a a hotel since Covid. Thank you Comfort Inn So I highly recommend this location. It is not in San Juan, but is in Levittown. It’s about a 20 minute drive to/from airport and also the cruise port. Room was clean and appealing. Breakfast was super. Staff was great. Would stay there again. Location was quite accessible with uber being easily obtained. Pool was nice . Beach across the road was beautiful except very littered. But another Beach close by was perfect . Loved this hotel.

A small but comfortable place, everything was good! I really liked the included breakfast, the room, the pool, if I had to complain about something it would be I don't know if it included more variety in the breakfast than on the island!

I would recommend Comfort Inn 💯 percent staff was very helpful and kind always greet you at everytime and asked if you needed anything..pet friendly I was amazed at how they had a christmas tree with pet gift ornaments for your pet to pick one..and the beach balcony view was spectacular as per breakfast was just like homemade and fresh very organized and clean.. I would definitely come back!! I loved everything of Comfort Inn
