The room was clean, reasonably large, but unfortunately it is on a minor highway so a bit noisy. Nothing wrong with the room etc, but nothing stands out either that would justify a higher rating. See restaurant review as well as this is much better than the hotel.

On arrival at lunch time we enjoyed a very good buffet meal, much appreciated after a long morning's walk. Our rooms upstairs we found to be rather spartan. Small, white painted and spare, barely room for the bed, a small book shelf and desk, but nowhere for my bag. Just as well I was not sharing. Only one pillow, and...

We were part of a larger group staying just the one night in July. Firstly the location was right on a fairly busy road with really no other attractions. The town itself was dead with no food to be had anywhere after 9pm. The hotel staff were quite helpful in lending me an adaptor. The room itself was like stepping...
