As I remeber there was only a short offer of wifi. But when I sat in the dinning area for breakfast was able to hook into free wifi from several sources (eg yha from across road). Also Canberra CBD is a wifi free hotspot, the cafes have free and the shopping centre. So nearly everywhere, except in your room at the Waldorf, there is free wifi.
