Had a very nice stay here. Good location, room was clean and the staff were friendly. Some of the rooms have a slightly different configuration (e.g smaller bedroom but bigger bathroom and Vice versa) so it really depends what you get. The little snacks at breakfast were a nice touch and there were lots of tea options. I’m not sure what the housekeeping situation is but I stayed four nights and my room didn’t get cleaned once (bins weren't emptied, towels weren’t replaced) I had to ask for fresh towels and amenities. Overall would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a more self contained option rather than just a hotel room :)

I have ranked sleep quality poor. The bed was fine but my wife and I are used to sleeping on 2 pillows each. Only one was provided. Front desk refused to provide 2 extra pillows stating housekeeping has t strict limits on items per room. Never has this ever happened to us before. Poor nights sleep was had by both of us.

I choose this place because was close to some friends of mine , living around Green Sq. I must say I found a very nice location where to stay in Sydney , clean and very easy going . There were also different snacks for breakfast abd good choice of coffee

Had a really good time staying in here.. love the free little breakfast and coffee and tea all day as you want!!! Very close to station only 1 min walk. Close to all the hot spot for tourists! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is very convenient, just one block from the train station and easy to get around Sydney. Room was as shown in pictures so you know what to expect. 24h reception helpful with all inquiries and requests. Overall, very good value for money.

We can't complain about anything, our stay was pretty good. Great location (right next to the station), very good room, bed, cleanliness, really nice coffee machine! A special thank you to the receptionist Vick who was very friendly and helpful to us, making our stay even better!

It's pretty close to Green sqare station like 2 mins walk.and the room is very clean i ll definitely come back here again for sure. I went on NYE time so I have nothing to complain about. Receptionist was so kind and friendly as well

The staff member at the receptions were extremely friendly, polite and hospitable. We asked for an electric stove, if available. They gave us stove with vessels. Coffee was available as complementary throughout the day. Room service staffs were very helpful. Laundry facility in venue. It is right next to supermarket and airport train station.

We were pleased to be guests at ValueSuites Green Square in Sydney, Australia in December 2022. We found this hotel on the web and were most pleased when we arrived – particularly with the assistance shown by reception staff Linda and Iseabeal. Later front staff Karen and general manager Aash were equally helpful. We had no connecting devices with which we could charge our phones – the staff had several adapters which they lent to us gratis. The facility was clean and spacious – albeit somewhat spartan. There were only two bath towels in the room – no hand towels nor any facecloths. The shower was adequate with lots of hot water. The breakfast offerings were limited to commercial pastries and very good coffee. The twin beds were firm and comfortable. Possibly the greatest attraction of the facility was its location – literally a minute’s walk to the trains (aka subway). From that train station, it was only 10 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes in the opposite direction to the city center. Overall, ValueSuites is good value for your money.
