I was so impressed with this hostel. For the price it was very clean, with incredibly helpful staff, TV and fridge in our room, comfy beds, working, warm and spacious showers. It even has free toast and spreads available for when you come home ravenous post wine. The staff were so accommodating and helped with our every need. Thank you... More

Stayed for a night on the way to New Zealand in Feb 2016. Tried calling about 5 times the day before to ask about what to do when arriving at 7am to leave our luggage, left multiple messages with no response- finally on the 6th call got through and found out what to do. Wouldn't be great if you needed... More

Stayed in a double room for a week. Was everything we could have wanted and more. The location is the best you could want in Sydney. 5 minutes from the Central Station and right in the city. The staff were so helpful, giving directions for transport and giving us advice for where to go at night. Facilities are great, a... More

My family stayed at Sydney Central Inn (3nights) in late Nov 2015. They love the central location, facilities of the venue & their friendly staff. Personally I have experienced the MOST helpful staff ever (and I wasnt even staying there). I have travel document delivered to SCI from Victoria but there was unexpected major delay (Aust Post) causig some panic... More

Nice hostel really close to the cbd, clean, small and comfy. the wifi isn't really good but the staff is very kind. There are not so many bathrooms and sometimes you have to struggle but that's ok. Laundry very cheap. Recommended

We stayed in a triple room so can't speak for the shared dorms but the room was cosy and had everything we needed including TV with sports channels. Staff were really nice and kept asking if we had enough blankets as it was pretty cold. Location is very central and perfect if you like Thai, Chinese or Japanese food.

only stayed here for one night. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was sufficient enough accomodation for a group of us who were more preoccupied in exploring, because we only wanted a place to sleep. I wouldn't stay here if you are a germ-o-phobe. The little kitchenette is minimal and risk of catching something within the mess... More

Hotel is totally noisy as there seems to be a club near by and you will hear music / sounds until 2 am. Apart from that, all over the night with street noise of traffic. The windows doesn't shut properly and so I was left with cold all over the night. No lift available. Bathroom not that clean. Wifi is... More
