Lovely, clean stylish modern hotel. Very central- on the main shopping high street, 10-15 minutes walk to Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and ferry port. Tram network outside. Rooms good size, kitchen well equipped. Small swimming pool on the 20th floor. Could do with a lounge/relaxation area, as only had some sofas/chairs in the reception area. Definitely recommend.

Excellent one bedroom apartment with everything you need to prepare meals, wash clothes and relax. Located near Wynyard Station which is easy to get too on the airport train and a short walk from circular quay, the ferries, the Rocks and many restaurants.

The room was really nice. The in-room technology was too much. But when I was told that the lobby was on the 21st level I thought that I was going to stay higher than that. But I had my room at 5th level. A disappointment. The view was not that good - right in to a building. The gym and the pool was really nice, a bit small, but nice.

This new property is slap bang in the middle of the city. Having apartment facilities in such a prime location is a great attraction and we had a 2 bedroom which afforded us a bit of space. We also enjoyed a great city scape view. On the flip side arrival is into a dark cave-like concierge area on the LG floor - and I mean super dark. There are no cafe facilities and the restaurant is closed during the day which may not matter as much if it is not pouring with rain. But most memorable is the propensity of the staff to say no to simple requests, like an extension lead for a laptop (very few PowerPoints in room). When pressed the answer became yes but at $500 per night simple things should not be too much trouble. We would likely not choose to stay here again. As always it is the people who make or break an experience.

When we arrived the electronic key system was not working so for the first day we had to keep going to reception to be let into our room/check if the key was ready. The staff were really friendly but seemed very disorganised and frazzled in regards to this issue. It was quite off putting and a disappointing first impression. The issue was fixed by the time we got back from dinner that night though and the rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful. Amazing location. The room was really nice and clean. The rooms were also quiet and had good amenities. Would definitely stay again.

The room was exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet, perfect for a great nights sleep after a long day. Great location with restaurants and shopping at your fingertips. The staff are friendly and checking in and out is quick and efficient.

Excellent customer service. Handy location. Good for business and close to many restaurants & bars. Smart room set up - love the automatic blinds and curtains. Great breakfast & good coffee (and i'm from Melbourne!).

Make sure that you have lots of time for breakfast as the staff are completely disinterested in you as a customer. I calculated the time to get a basic breakfast and decided to go out on the street for a takeaway breakfast. Very disappointing.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is located across the street from the Wyngard train station so it is easy to get to from the airport and to get around the city. Easy walking distance to many things (Opera House, ferries, Botanical gardens, numerous restaurants & bars). They also have excellent breakfast choices. Great place to stay.
