As always - good service, friendly staff, comfy bed. Have stayed in a few different rooms over the past 2 years. Always interesting to see what shape (literally)the room is, especially the bathroom. Configurations vary markedly. As does size. As does furniture in room. Rooms are starting to look a little shabby. Time for a paint job. Instructions for the...

Great location, average with room quality. Good staff. Good food. Toilet needs refurbishment, too old. Clean hallway and lobby. Poor tv quality. Needs to have a mini bar. Cleaning should be prompt and on schedule.

+ Friendly staff + breakfast buffet + Free Wifi (but not always the best connection) + Little rooftop swimming pool - bit older rooms (carpets, grey windows, leaking tap in bathroom,...) - location: a rather long walk to Hop on Hop off bus

My room was spacious and had everything I needed. I did think it was weird to not have the mini bar in your room though. The wifi, although free, was very slow. Didn't really use it because of that. I was only on 2nd floor. The road noise would be a problem if you are a light sleeper even with...

It stated it is a 4 star hotel but I think I would give it a 3 star maximum. The corridor smells a bit. Not toothbrush and slippers are supplied. The room is spacous and the info desk staff are friendly though. Honestly, I won't come back again.

I booked and paid for family room. They did not reserve the room for me and did not give me a family room. Instead they gave me a room with 1 king bed. They did not change the room despite numerous requests.

Spent 3 days at the Vibe hotel. Arrived tired and hot. Parking is across the street at "Secure Parking" for $35/ night with no "in and out" privileges if through the hotel. Parking hourly at the garage can be $20/hr. I ended up leaving the rental in the garage and using uber to get around town. The air conditioner in...

Rooms were tired and felt unclean, No drinks in mini bar, not even bottled water, if you require a drink from the mini bar you need to get it from reception, if you want it delivered to your room they charge you $5 delivery if you don't spend minimum of $25. When you open the fridge door the whole bar...

Staff were lovely, room was a good size and enjoyed the rooftop pool on the last morning. The sauna took a long time to heat up. Great location for getting to central, Hyde Park, etc. Such a shame the room smelt damp, there was visible dust on things and stains on the leather and fabrics in the room.

Visiting a few places Down Under, we ended up staying at the Vibe Hotel. Nice & well kept place. Spacious room on the 8th floor, with big windows and nice view on the area. Good size bath room with walk in shower and bath. Awesome rooftop terrace with pool. Gym and sauna also on the upper floor. Downsides: quite a...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
