Stayed here for a conference for 4 days -- it was a pretty good hotel. The front desk staff was great -- to be fair, I didn't use a number of amenities that were on offer. But the internet in room was circa 1994 dial up.... they need to upgrade the service massively. It dropped out in busy times in...

So it's probably fair to say that you can judge the quality of service, comfort, and luxury of a hotel by how they treat their worst guests. Honestly, back in the beginning of March, I was one of them. Now, the worst part didn't happen upon check-in, smooth as ever, $100 incidental on the credit card, pair of room keys,...

Dear Mathew C, First of all I am glad to see that you made the most of Soundwave and you had a great weekend. I am happy to read that the service was great and the staff were not distracted by the melted face paint, next time around we would be happy to supply new face paint if required. Thank...

We have just checked in to this Hotel. We decided to 'give it a go' as a change from our usual haunts of the Park Hyatt or The Westin. We won't be making the same mistake again ! We requested a room bigger than the standard with access to the Executive Lounge. My wife immediately identified our room as a...

This is the first stay at the Hotel since renovations were complete. Room was neat and tidy but very small Signature Restaurant was very expensive but high quality. Breakfast options were limited and no cafe option as is normal in this type of property.

I have book into Hilton Sydney, Australia for the month of July and I am seriously impressed with the prompt attention to my mail and my request by one very ultra friendly Guest Relation Manager, Kirra Alston. I have been to numerous Hilton hotels and their service is really good. I am pretty confident this stay will be great because...

Well, trying to get into the Hilton is a nightmare if your coming from the western suburbs, you cannot turn into it from the front, you need to go from the rear entry, and this is fun to find, as you can either not turn right or left, we drove around for 10min trying to find a street we could...

I stayed at the Hilton for a business conference and loved this accommodation. The rooms were modern, the beds comfortable and it was very quite given the location. The hotel is right in the centre of Sydney City so shops, restaurants and transport are right at your doorstep. The highlight for me was the amazing rooftop bar which served delicious...

The Hilton is my 'go-to', treat hotel when I'm travelling to Sydney for pleasure. We stay in the executive rooms which are smallish but really functional. Be prepared to queue. Queue to check-in, queue to check out, queue for food. The Hilton Sydney lacks the level of service of other equally priced 5 Star Hotels in the area. Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
