The hotel lacked direction & is definitely not a 5 star , the overall furnishings in bedroom , public area's are tired & uncomfortable .In all the only member of the team who should be praised was the head concierge. Plus don't be fooled by...More

Thank you for sharing feedback on you and your family's recent stay with us here at The Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. I was so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay as well as that you though that the renovations to our...More
All seems fine until you are asked to PAY FOR WIFI. (in 2018, no less) This is obviously a place where travellers end up. Asking to pay for what is nowadays an essential service is, frankly, unnacceptable.

We booked to stay in the Pullman hotel in Sydney near Hyde Park. We arrived at 12.30 but the room was not ready until 1.30 even though we had requested early check in. The room was good , spacious and a good view.

Dear Mr Wilson,
Thank you for your review and taking the time to speak with me this mornring after some miscommunication with regards to my contact email and annual leave. Once again my sincere apologies for your experience.
We were weary about Pullman when pulled up and there was a delay getting into our rooms, but we were promptly offered complimentary beverages at the bar, and it was an easy hour passed in a lovely place. The room was so big and the...More
Home of the small bar revolution in Sydney, Darlinghurst has more bars per capita than any other suburb. Themes range from American whiskey bars and 1950’s theme bars to hidden bars requiring secret passwords. Oxford Street is the "Gay Capital" of Australia, where gay and lesbian-friendly venues feature “diva shows” and dancing until the morning. Vintage lovers flock to Crown Street, and small
designer boutiques can be found along Victoria and Bourke Streets. Dining in Darlinghurst is a gastronomic adventure. Food from all over the world is on the menu, from American ribs to tapas, sushi to gelato and every ethnicity in between.

Hi there, not sure if this is too late or not but we recently stayed at the Pullman and used the car park, we just checked in and parked our own car, the underground park entrance is to the side of the entrance, clearly marked, we just pushed the button and were given a ticket, the gate opened. we went and parked then when we went to leave we put our ticket in the machine and the gate opened!! We did have a few problems because hubby lost his ticket and one time the ticket didn't work but we just pushed the intercom and gave our room number and the gate opened!! I believe they charge the parking to your room, (which a list of charges from parking, mini bar, breakfast room service etc, shows up on the TV when you turn it on so you can keep track of it), and you just pay when you check out!! Hope that helps!!
