We returned to here for another stay and had a wonderful long weekend at Mardi Grad/WorldPride Central! The hotel and staff were all in the mood and there was a great atmosphere. The room was comfortable with a great view over the eastern suburbs and Barbour. (Although it could have done with a refreshing.) Rooftop pool was fun. Unfortunately the Executive Lounge is still not open, but we anticipate it will be beautifully upgraded when it does.

This was my family's second Pullman hotel on our Australia trip and it didn't disappoint. They gave us a nice high floor room with a great view. This hotel is right on the edge of Hyde Park and a quick walk to any of the main sights in Sydney. We walked to St. Mary's Cathedral, the Sydney Opera House, and the Royal Botanical Gardens all in a 2 hour round loop. The beds were super-comfortable but my only small complaint is the pillows were all pretty fat. They gave some candy to the kids and let us store our luggage for 5 hours after check-out (before our flight home). Thanks for the great stay!

Hotel is well locate in Hyde with great view on the city. People at the reception were nice and offered us a complimentary breakfast, but we did not go again since it was nothing special or not as good as you would get in one of the nearby cafè. Room was nice and be super comfy, however it is a bit dated like the whole building. You can really see that the whole building need to be refurbished and it has suffered because of pandemic. Roof top pool was ok but nothing special... plus my partner saw a roach in the fitness room. Hotel is quite expensive, therefore they definitely need to renovate it

This place is an embarrassment to the Accor chain. Rundown rooms to the point of being unhygienic. Poor housekeeping (even tissues or something like it under the bed - Omg). Nothing a wrecking ball wouldn’t fix. Seriously stay away - a room above the pub would be cleaner.

Room was comfortable and clean. Spacious. I booked a room with 2 queen beds which was perfect for myself and my daughter. Nice roof top pool. Good location for what we were after but possibly a bit out of the way if you want to be close to Darling Harbour or Circular quay.

The Pullman Hotel Hyde Park is well located just a short walk from the city, and circular quay. Unfortunately this hotel does not represent the standard of a 5 star hotel. The rooms are old, the bathrooms are tired with shower curtains. The pool also needs updating and the glass around could do with a good clean.

Stayed at The Pullman whilst in Sydney for a conference. The room was very spacious and clean and tidy. I was on L19 and the view from the window was spectacular. Bed was very good. There was a coffee pod machine and mini bar. Staff were friendly and the location was very good.

Located across from the beautiful Hyde Park, the Pullman presented very comfortable and convenient accommodation. Nice lobby area and easy to access. The room I had was comfortable. Possibly a tad dated (shower curtain on bath as an example) but some nice character and feel. I was able to do some nice morning runs in the park opposite and a short walk to shopping and darling harbour. I stayed during the week of Mardi Gras which pushed room rates up considerably thus value for money fell a bit short. All in all a comfortable stay with some nice amenities like a roof top pool and a gym with a fantastic view.

With its proximity to the parks, pool, CBD and quick access to the airport, Pullman Hyde Park has become my new go-to for Sydney CBD accommodation. The rooms are a great size and the rooftop pool and gym are one of best set-ups I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

A grubby 5 star hotel. Lots of better options in Sydney. Bathrobes are very old. Massive crack in sink in bathroom. Electrical sockets loose on the wall. Stained and creased bed sheets. Don't stay here! This place badly needs a refurbishment. It's not 5 star.
