Great place to stay, staff extremely helpful and friendly staff. My husband had mistakenly booked a room with twin beds and they were so good about changing and joined in our laughter. Motel is so close to Darling Harbour and lots of good places to eat, not to far from China Town either. Rooms are a good size with comfy...

The Hyatt Regency Sydney (formerly known as the Four Points Darlington Harbour) is Australia’s largest hotel. The property is a modern grand hotel with wonderful amenities. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Sydney’s attractions, public transit, shopping, entertainment, and neighbourhoods. From Nov 19 to Nov 25, 2016, my spouse and I stayed in room 1108 overlooking Darlington...

A fantastic location and no real problem with street noise etc (the incessant Saturday night salsa music was drowned out by the good glazing and aircon). Some slight misses, such as nice blockout blinds that leave a 2.5cm gap at either end, so the room is illuminated by 5.30am. Also the tea and coffee facilities were the same as you'd...

Could not find a single fault with this place. It's had recent renovations which gives everything a lovely, fresh feeling. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt welcome. The staff were lovely and extremely attentive. I stayed in a harbour king room, which had great views of darling harbour. The amenities in the room were very modern...

Currently staying at the Hyatt Regency and what an awesome stay. The service is first class especially in the club lounge. I can't believe the change since it was the Sheraton Four Points hotel. It's totally new. Comfortable beds. The rooftop bar is something else. I can't wait to return!!! I have been pleasantly surprised with this stay.

Nice hotel with location perfect for a city getaway. Room was very good (shower amazing). Recommended by Travel Agent and we were very happy with their choice. Only negative comments is price of drinks in the bar considering we were guests.

We stayed in a suite for five nights a few days before New Years and a couple after. Very nice and accommodating staff, especially at such a busy time of year. Although in the hub of Sydney the room was incredibly quiet. Good amenities. The only downside was just an "okay" mattress, felt a bit low-end. The location was an...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
