We stayed here for 9 nights whilst in Sydney for the Ashes at the SCG and general sight seeing. What a great place, tucked away but yet next to both the main shopping centre and also a stone throw from Darling Harbour. We had street view rooms which were lovely, spacious and clean. We had room service one evening and...

Stayed at Four Points Darling Harbour for 3 days when I was holidaying in Sydney. The hotel is very nice, with large, nicely appointed rooms and good general facilities. Staff were efficient and friendly. Location of the hotel at Darling Harbour is very good, I could pretty much walk to everywhere I wanted to be in Sydney city.

I really like this hotel mainly as the location is so handy. The entrance is a bit dated and sometimes check in desk is crowded - I've waited 10 minutes - but everything else is what you would expect from a Sheraton. I stayed in an Exec City room which was a great size. Big bathroom, walk in closet, L...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
