The best overall stay I had in a while Everything was smooth and perfect Thank you very much won’t hesitate to stay here again and also reccomeend to family and friends thank you once again for your hospitality .
My 3 night stay was just perfect. Check-in was a smooth and quick process, my Partial Harbour View room was gorgeous with a glimpse of the Harbour bridge. My bed was very comfortable and the black-out blinds were very welcome and allowed me to sleep in easily each day. My room was serviced twice a day and I never wanted for anything. All the staff I interacted with very friendly and helpful. The location is great for easily getting out and exploring the CBD area or for catching public transport. And lastly the buffet breakfast was the best I've ever experienced. The quality and variety of food was excellent, I was very impressed. I would definitely stay here again.
For me, it’s not on par with 4 seasons international standards. The suites need a refurbishment the TV seem very old so does the overall look and feel of the rooms. Staff were robotic and pretty unhelpful. The restaurant Grain wasn’t open for lunch and also on the Sunday and Monday was shut. The food in the other outlets was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Too expensive and needs work.
First visit to Sydney and first visit to the Four Seasons Hotel here. Location, location, location, I mean how can you possibly do any better. Bang on the George Street corner of Circular Quay overlooking the harbour, bridge, opera house and any cruise ship that docked. Our room was 1814 on a corner of the building with a window seat overlooking all the above. We spent hours sat there watching a world class vista, can't see how you'd ever tire of it. We stayed for five nights and having arrived on a morning flight, we were checked in but without an available room so went off for a bit of exploring. The hotel sits right near The Rock, which we didn't fully appreciate day one but became more familiar with with over the days. It's home to art galleries, shops and restaurants as well as harbour front vistas and the ability to walk up to and under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It's also right next to the metro, ferries and stop 1 on the Hop-on-Hop-off bus tours. Our room was most pleasant with the afore mentioned window seat; we woke up and could watch the view from bed, totally epic. It was well equipped and was well serviced with a great comfy bed, though the bathroom was a bit dark. Breakfast was included in our rate and was exceptional. Very high quality buffet with a choice if you'd prefer. Mode is the restaurant in question and although looked good for lunch and dinner we ate outside. The pool was handy on those hot days but you are very aware of being enclosed by skyscrapers. Overall, excellent hotel with views to die for. Make sure you pay for the harbour views, you really won't regret it.…
Quality staff from check-in to check-out. The foyer has such a beautiful ambience. Our room was impeccably clean & made over daily. An amazing view of Circular Quay & the Opera House was appreciated on waking every morning. A 5 minute walk to all transport needed on our trip. A shout out to the kitchen for the Eggs Benedict with asparagus, yum! We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Sydney.
We have stayed in many hotels in many countries - but Four Seasons Sydney TOPS THEM ALL. We would say do whatever you can to lodge here, it is right in the middle of everything at Circular Quay. Close to the Opera House and the wonderful views of the Harbour.
I recently stayed at Four Seasons and had a great time with my kids, the little special touches were awesome for my 6yo & 11yo (Cookies & Milk on day one along with a small toy each, bath robes & slippers) Perfect Location & All staff were so accommodating & friendly, Rita on reception remembered my childrens names which they thought was great. A little pricey but definitely receive all the little perks for it (also loved the pump body soap, shampoo & conditioner in the shower) My kids said they felt like they were royalty! :-) Only negative is the pillows are way too soft and not comfortable to sleep on, but I requested firmer pillows which was heaps better.
wonderful 5 day stay, location perfect, service outstanding, breakfast best I have had in Australia. cannot fault this hotel and will definitely stay again when next in Sydney and would certainly look at Four seasons group abroad as well.
Really charming hotel in an ideal location. The Four Seasons staff were across the board outstanding in all ways. The breakfast buffet is excellent and extremely high quality. Only reason for the 4 stars the room and pool. The room, which was “upgraded” was exceptionally small. We felt like we we’re staying in a closet. The pool is ok but situated at the same level and next to a highway.
Thanks to Josh for your ideas & suggestions. 10/10 Service and very accommodating. You made my trip and event go off with out a problem, credit to you Sir. I'll defiantly be back and as always will keep recommending Four Seasons to all.
