We stayed at the Four Seasons on a recommendation from friends to try that end of the city.
Well! Nice size foyer but the bar is out of date and no where to relax.
We stayed in a club room but the view wasn't much...More

Stayed here for four days during September (saw the Sydney Marathon from our hotel window!) and couldn’t have asked for better. It was my birthday, and the staff, working with my husband, gave me a beautiful in-room, birthday surprise. The location was fantastic – walking...More
OK- I can't say enough about Executive Club Concierge- Josh- and his team. We had an unbelievable time in Sydney and in no small part, this was because of Josh. He went above and beyond in every way. What a great property with a great...More
Recently spent 3 nights in Sydney with a friend and we always just share a twin room. We decided we may as well spend the $$$ and get harbour views at the four seasons. $1300 later we had a twin room on the 17th floor...More
The Hotel is in a great location. Couldn't fault the service of the staff they were great. Thought the room was small and outdated could do with a facelift. The buffet breakfast was very nice, good selection.

The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The
weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.

We stayed two weeks ago and access was ok. Works still in progress but you could get through ok. We entered through Harrington Street which we find to be the best way in as well. Staff on hand there to assist.
