Our family of 4 fit well in this room. Great blackout curtains gave a good sleep in. Would have been better if house keeping weren't vacuuming the hallway super early and banging into our door. Great location - Coles over the road (under ground) and walking distance from darling harbour. Great Asian food around being in 'China town'.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We stayed here after a cruise and did not expect our room to be ready so early. Lovely lady at front desk arranged transportation to the airport for our flight next day, On checkout the man at reception delivered me a cappuccino from the breakfast room as we left before breakfast was served. He went out of his way to...

I stayed at the Ibis Sydney World Square for 2 nights, mid-week for business. I have stayed at this hotel and find that it is reasonably priced, clean, conveniently located and the staff are all friendly and helpful

I have to say this wasn't a stay I was looking forward to, as previous experiences in Ibis hotels had been very average. The reception area looks a little tacky, but I was pleasantly surprised when I reached my room it was clean, well kept and had most modern needs. I am not converted but will be more open minded...

My colleagues and I work close to the Ibis Hotel World Square. We were invited by the Hotel Manager for a free lunch at their iBistro restaurant. They have buffet spread. Menu for the day was fresh salad, pasta, lamb curry served with rice. Dessert is creme brulee and choc mousse cake. I commended the chef for the lamb curry....

I chose this hotel mainly because of its price, location and because I am a loyalty member. Check-in was quick, room was clean and properly equipped and even got a small present upon arrival. Good stay! Only (little) downside: When we checked out we wanted to leave our luggage with the reception. But due to lack of space you have...

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Central and Town Hall Railway Stations. A variety of food outlets close by and there is the option of in house dining for breakfast and dinner (though menu choices are limited). A large supermarket is located across the road which is a bonus for snacks, fruit and items...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
