booked on Booking.com - 2 rooms with king size beds. Got queen beds. Rang reception. On duty manager said Booking.com made a mistake. Pressed and got one king size bed. That night I got into bed only to find the remote would not turn on the TV. Rang reception but no-one came. After three-quarters of an hour I rang again....

The apartment rooms are well appointed. The staff are polite and the location is unbeatable. But it is quite corporate. I was disappointed to learn that a late checkout costs $20 an hour. While there is free Wifi, it is only for the first 100mb.

Dear Mzantsi2 A charge for late checkout is not a hidden charge rather a charge for extending your stay, and you would have been advised when requesting this. I regret that you marked us down on this when point out a lot of positives, which we do appreciate. Kind regards Nigel Warwick

I wish ABC were available on TV. I was shocked that I could not watch the national broadcaster. Free wifi very limited. Towels policy should be better followed. No point having a policy that is ignored.

Thank you for giving us an early check in after a night flight. Complimentary breakfast card, didn't mean complimentary when checking out!!!! But got it sorted. Bed was not made the next day. No replacement toiletries! And the chippies were eaten and the box resealed, Expensive mini bar items. Didn't really enjoy our stay at this Adina apartment.

Required a fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 2 couples during a trip to Sydney. Adina on Lee St was very convenient as it is close to the train station so easy trip from the airport. The apartment overall had everything we needed for our short stay. Good size, fairly well maintained and serviced. A few small mould...

We stayed in a loft apartment which was lovely with a good size balcony. Nicely apppointed generous apartment and good service from the reception staff. The pool was a nice unexpected bonus. Good location if you arrive by train (as we did), but is a 25 minute walk from the harbour. We didn't mind that as you see more of...

I've stayed here twice, once in a "normal" one-level one-bedroom apartment, and this latest time in one of the top-floor split-level apartments, which have small kitchen and living area downstairs, and bedroom, bathroom and cupboard laundry upstairs. The one-level one-bedroom apartments are very roomy. The split-level apartment MUCH less so (but still roomy enough to be comfortable). The split-level apartment...

My 2nd visit after a year ago. The studio room was equipped with basic necessities, and came with a big bathroom. Hotel located beside the central station, walking distance to Chinatown and a few bus stops away from Broadway/Newtown area. Only 100mb free wifi provided.
