Incredible stay!! We had 4 nights 1 bed sea view. Perfect central location overlooking the main quay. Great restaurant. Great pool. Great service. Amazing jacuzzi bath. Unbelievable views from the balcony. Loved it! Got some champagne and early checkin which was really appreciated!!! Highly recommend!

I have completed my reservation with the hotel and I have received my confirmation. All this was done online. However, upon attempting to contact the Hotel to speak to someone - I am not able to get through to anyone for the entire day. Their contact details listed on the website are blocked as well. This is already giving me a bad taste of what to expect with the hotel. I am not sure how there is no one to answer the calls the entire day.

What a beautiful hotel. the suites are large and luxurious and the staff so kind and helpful. we love our suite with views of the Botanic Gardens, very beautiful and peaceful. plenty of room for two people to do our work and a very comfortable sitting room area. wonderful to have a washing machine when we travel for long visits. Great location close to Circular Quay and the new tram system. strongly recommend it.

As a person with MS and being in a wheelchair full time the apartment we had been allocated and booked was not appropriately disabled access.Whist the apartment with absolutely gorgeous The facilities for someone in the wheelchair were not accessible.A spa bath with a rail is not accessible. The shower is not roll in and you cannot fit a wheelchair into the shower. There was one grab rail on the wall next to the toilet with the glass wall of the shower on the other side of the toilet. The shower it self didn’t have any grab rails or a fold down seats We booked this with an understanding from the website and verbal confirmation that this was wheelchair accessible. My husband had to shower me on the toilet. Storage cabinet should be moved elsewhere And be replaced by a mobile unit so that more space can be made to be able to make space to reach the taps. The balcony was totally inaccessible because there was about a six inch step, without a ramp. The staff were very good and responsive. They Provided discounted rate and a dinner however our preference was to have what we booked a disabled access room We felt they needed to understand our immense frustration .

Stayed here for 3 days as our base for our wedding last week. Always a lovely stay, staff are fantastic and accomodating. The garden view hotel suite was perfect in size. It was a lovely change having a view room looking down to Opera House. The refurbished room made it feel bigger. Fox sport on the tv watching the Masters was terrific.

This was a real surprise and wins on all counts. I was upgraded to a deluxe room but they are all suites. A full kitchen and laundry, lovely bathroom including spa, clever layout that is spacious and comfortable. There is space to rest, sleep, entertain, work and in a super water-front location. The service was fast and efficient, food good and everyone very helpful. Oh and the rooms have balconies with views over the quay or gardens. Compared to the other Hotel I just reviewed, the Pullman wins on every count.

Everything about this hotel was first class. The room, 1 bedroom apartment--was spacious comfortable and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. None to little street noise. Staff could not have been more helpful. The washer and dryer in the apartment saved us because Quantas airline had decided to leave our luggage out in torrential rains, soaking the clothes inside. Great plae to stay!

The hotel is in a prefect location to catch the ferries or trains, it’s also very close to the opera house and has great views. Check in was fine but we felt a bit judged for not having booked a breakfast in their restaurant. The room itself was very nice but there were a few hairs in places, one was even stuck to the wall. When I turned on the spa feature on the bath lots of bits of limescale and dirt came out of it. It was very off putting as the bath itself was very nice. The bed had a mattress topper on which made it very soft so bear that in mind if you prefer a firm mattress. The gym is very basic and was a bit hard to find and the lifts were constantly being used by staff to transport large items around. Apparently the staff lifts have been broken for a long time. Overall I would say that it’s not a bad hotel, the room was pleasant and the location was ideal but I don’t think it was worth the money.

We have stayed at the Pullman , a few times in the past 10 years, still excellent location, but starting too show it’s age , needs a renovation in suites, as stated in other reviews, it’s not cheap, give it a coat of paint and change old carpets , staff still very friendly.

stayed here for 8 nights love the place great location and fantastic views over the harbour, the staff were very welcoming and went out of there way for you, it was our 39th anniversary and they had left a really nice card champagne and a nice dessert which was very touching what i did like about here is it didnt feel like a hotel it felt more like an apartment so was more homely , i would defiantly stay here again, i only had one slight issue we had a late flight and asked if we could use a shower they first wanted me to pay for a room just for 4 hrs then they said if i payed $100 we could just use the shower , now this place isnt cheap to stay in so i thought they would of allowed us to use a shower without charge , we went out for the day so the room wouldnt have been used anyway so it felt a bit of a disappointment , but a part from that we loved staying there , one tip for anyone pay the extra for the deluxe it is well worth it
