Your rooms are getting very tied, the room cleaning was not very good as we needed to ask for certain items that should have automatically been topped up on a daily basis like Toilet tissue, tea bags etc. The only reason that we stayed their was the location. we will be looking for an alternative on our next visit..

The rooms were absolutely lovely & spacious & it's a good value for money. Although there was a thick layer of dust on the fridge & bedroom phone & a few tubes of the bathroom amenities were already opened. I would definitely come back though.

I have stayed here on and off for about 16 years. Last time I was here the foyer was undergoing a refurb which seem to have paid off as the bland white walls have been made warmer with a timber finish. The café was doing good business but it was freezing in there so I ate out. The room had...

Enjoyed my stay at the Mantra. the rooms were simplistic but stylish and with the self contained option really enjoyed cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A great place to be in Sydney

The Mantra in Bond Street, Sydney is really well located for business travel. As with my previous stays at the mantra I had great service. It has good quality rooms for their price point which are generally very reasonable.

Dated hotel that was advertised on Booking.com and their website as having had a beautiful renovation. Well not our room! Dreadful roadworks all through Sydney that we were not warned of and made it very hard to get to the hotel. Overpriced parking that I enquired about when booking but did not receive a response from the hotel. Had email...

Perfect location in CBD. 5 or so min walk down to Circular Quay! Rooms are nice & big! Fold out couch mattress is very uncomfortable - noted to manager! Otherwise a great place to stay & explore Sydney! Rooftop pool/spa is smaller than looks in photos, but was lovely for a dip after out all day walking! The views are...

We stayed at this hotel for three nights prior to a cruise.the situation is great for Circular Quay. While this is not the smartest of hotels building wise, the staff are brilliant and did so much for us with a happy smile. This was particularly true of Jessie on reception who confirmed our axi booking and Bella who introduced us...

Two problems occurred besides the balcony door one... The second was the shower... after every shower the whole bathroom was wet ! We got a 9 months baby who was crawling around on the carpet ! After each crawling her hands and knee were dirty and need it proper cleaning ! That's shows that the carpet wasn't clean !

Could hear manager shouting at his staff. He didn't know we were waiting to check out very early in the morning. This was a poor end to an otherwise good stay. Want to stay in places where people are treated respectfully.
