We tried to book 4 rooms for the semi final week of August but couldnt get a thing in Sydney hotels that was affordable. Booked this Boulevard hotel with some doubts. The negatives- dated rooms and building. Room clean is not done till you ask. Positives- the views are amazing, the lifts are quick, rooms are really large and full of sunshine, pricing is competitive, breakfast buffet is good and the staff service is really warm. Will visit again whenever traveling to Sydney.

I stayed with a team of us at the hotel. The stay was great because the location was convenient from the exhibition. The rooms have very nice view. They clean rooms only if you ask for it. Also do not give any water bottles, but they offered free breakfast for members. It was a big help for the whole team the spread was really big and had everything we ever wanted to eat. Great experience for the price.

The Sydney Boulevard is our “go to” hotel whenever we visit Sydney. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. If you book as a member you get a discount and breakfast is included. It is a 10 minute walk to the cbd and is the best value hotel in Sydney.

Huge rooms compared to other hotels in the city. Highly recommend the Harbour View rooms. The staff are amazing and I really appreciate their move to sustainability with room cleaning. All I had to do is ask for what I need and they got it done. Best value for money. Unbelievable!!!

We can recommend the Sydney Boulevard in all aspects. Great location for main tourist sights. Coffee shops, Metro Countdown store and handy restaurants. Special mention for the extremely knowledgeable concierge Dee Jeey, who really made our stay extra special with his suggestions each day. Lovely, large and clean bedroom on the higher levels gave spectacular views and was very quiet.

Close to everything and surprisingly quiet! It's right in between Kings Cross and Pitt St Mall so easy to get wherever you need to go in Sydney. If you book directly with the hotel you also get breakfast included. The reception were lovely and very helpful! I will definitely use it as my base whenever in Sydney.

We found the room to be clean, comfortable and the pillows were A+. First night the heat wasn't working, but when we informed the front desk in the morning it was promptly corrected. The service was polite and efficient. The hotel is in a good location. It was a 25 minute walk to the Opera House. We were also able to walk to Hyde Park, Botanical Gardens, Museums, and the library from there. Would definitely recommend this hotel as an option for accommodations when in the heart of Sydney.

Rooms are Good Size and comfortable. Breakfast is not bad if it is a part of the package ( infact is excellent) but not worth if one has to pay $38. I liked the breakfast as had decent choice even for vegeterian. Location is good (central) as everything was 15 to 20 minutes walk. Now the minuses - No room service but as location is good was not an issue and another issue is they do not clean the room daily but every three days (not a surprise as was mentioned when booking and mentioned on their website but some people may have problem with arrangement) , which too was fine (though not advisable) as they said that were ready to help and provide towels, shampoo........when required. Lastly, the hotel is not at all flexible with early check in and do not give room before 3pm ( cannot prove as they will say that are running full/ maximum capacity and maybe they are but have doubts) though did offer check out till 1pm. Would I recommend - yes I will as happy and found value for money.…

The location of our property is certainly one of our main attractions. Although we do not provide room service, we are always happy to provide you with the best spots to head off to for any meal; this is one of the best aspects of Sydney and we have found that most of our guests prefer to go out rather than stay in their rooms. Although we do not provide daily cleaning, we are more than happy to arrange this for you upon request, or provide you with anything required any time. This is a step we have taken towards building a more sustainable brand, and to limit the usage of single-use plastics. The hotel is flexible with early check ins, when there are rooms available. As mentioned at the time of your check in, the week was at high occupancy, thus the wait for your room to be available. We do try to ensure our guests are provided with their keys as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly if you would like to share further thoughts on your stay. Sydney Boulevard is a solid busines hotel half way between Kings Cross and Town Hall. Not too much around except a few foodstores and bars/restaurants. The hotel is a bit overaged and has no restaurant. Beside that is it clean with big rooms and everything in. Beds are big and nice. A bit unusual is that room service must be specially called when requested daily. Personel is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet very rich. I would go there again.

great beds, sad average breakfast (very limited GF options), lovely breakfast cafe (great chairs), beautiful people working at the hotel, level 4 smells of old dirty socks, standard rooms are dreadful (2*), where moved to a deluxe double bed on level 15 (4*). do not understand how the hotel rating works, for some reason all of the hotel is rated 4*, but some floors and rooms are clearly 2*. i doubt i will ever be staying at this establishment again.
