The club lounge access made our trip the best time ever! The staff were sensational! Jay, Irene, Alain, Aimee and the team in club lounge were friendly , welcoming and generous of their time and service… the food was top class, drinks the best and all in such a comfortable, easy going way.our check in chat with Kerry McGregor was welcomed and our gifts of cake and wine for our 25th wedding anniversary were very generous and warming. Our room on 29th floor was outstanding … the free historical tour of the building was informative and interesting .. well worth doing. We will be back! Fullerton you are one top notch team… Ngā mihi nui… a big thank you.🥰

Hotel's Favourite
You won't regret staying here. Stunning, luxurious, grand, eloquent: the way a hotel should be. And don't forget to drop into the bar for a glass of champagne. A truly relaxing and reinvigorating experience with some of the friendliest staff I have experienced.

Beautiful stylish hotel in classical building. Good city views from the higher floors. Huge bedroom and bathroom Easy access to the tram and the beautiful QVB Arcades Only downside is everyone gets complementary breakfast and there is not a large enough space which can lead to a 20+ minute wait.

Excellent service! The team went above and beyond for me! In a nutshell, I had a very bad day, connecting flight got cancelled, all 3 other flights I booked during the day were cancelled as well. Spent the day at the airport and in long queues trying to get my booking and luggage sorted. At 10pm I realised I will not be able to go home so I booked a stay at the Fullerton. Taxi driver brings me to the wrong hotel, comments that I should have pronounced the name better, and then overcharged me by twice the amount it should have been, and I wouldn’t have noticed had the Concierge Ash not helped me out. He went above and beyond to confront the driver and when he drove off quite aggressively Ash did not leave me there. He recommended me on who to call, he made notes of the incident, and was very kind to me and made sure I was okay. The front office team also made my day with a room upgrade after hearing just a few bits of the day I had. I was very touched! I’m very grateful! Beautiful team! Buffet breakfast and in room dining were really good as well! Thank you so much!

Leaking toilet with a urine smell we had to endure all night; overly hard bed; on-and-off air con -- seemed to cut off at night even though it hadn't reached the temperature we'd set it to reach; miserable water pressure in the shower, even worse than at my mum's ancient house (and that is BAD). I simply don't understand how these Sydney hotels can get away with charging the amounts they charge. I'd have paid $150 for this room, if I were asked to pay what I thought the room was worth. That would have been generous. Oh well. Greedy s.o.b.s. Alright, rant over. Not a happy visitor. But oh well, it was a roof over our heads.
