Parking could be more affordable. The overall experience was great but found that the price for 14-15 hours of parking was too high so we looked elsewhere and had to walk to the hotel. Staying in one of the more expensive rooms this should have been discounted .

Fantastic stay at the executive suites. Truly 5 star with everything catered to. The little things like complimentary water and fruit in the room, and a well stocked bathroom really set it apart in today's post COVID world.

Historic building with artistic atmosphere, you will find you stay in one of Sydney’s tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious, comfy & tidy with luxury stuff. The location is handy in terms of taking trams & metro.

Quality hotel in the middle of Sydney CBD. Close to George St tram service and Wynyard train station for airport. Service from staff prompt and efficient. Rooms spacious with comfortable bed, good lighting and mirrors! Buffet breakfast extensive.

Amazing from the front door to my room. The customer service from all staff from the reception to the bar was impeccable. My room was bright clean and smelling fresh. Bath tub was ready for my detox salt for my skin. Top food drinks and environment 20 Star hotel.

Enjoyed a Staycation in the beautiful harbour city spending the night in one of the Heritage suites, sitting in the room and looking up a the triple volume plus ceiling and the built in fire place, one is taken back thinking who may have originally worked or stayed in this grand room.
