Overall it was pretty good. The rooms were clean and the service was quick. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet was better than the lunch and dinner options. The staff was very friendly. Would definently come here again.

This is a very good hotel in a great location to all the sights in Sydney. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast buffet could be better. Some areas could use some renovation, carpets a bit worn etc

Loved the location which is about half-way between circular quay and the main shopping area. Staff were extra friendly and willing to help with anything. Room was well presented, although a little dated. My daughter loved the bathroom, especially the large bath.

We arrived at the hotel few hours earlyier than check-in time, but the front staff prepared our room quickly. When we asked how to get to the International Airport by 6 pm, one staff taught us both taking taxi and train because of traffic jam. Very kind! I loved the view from the bath room and the big bath tub....

This is not the first time we've stayed here, and it will not be the last. The staff are friendly, efficient and unobtrusive; any problems (usually minor) are solved without fuss; and the hotel itself has a great vibe and atmosphere.

We visited Sydney and stayed between Saturday - Tuesday to visit a family member who now resides in Sydney. Our first impressions of the room was very pleasing as we thought the room was quiet spacious for our requiremnets. An upgrade option was to recieve city views between levels 20-30. We went for this increase in cost as we thought...
