Stayed in a Superior Suite for two nights on Hotel's eat,park, stay deal. Staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous right from the valet parking and check-in to the concierge and breakfast staff. Room was big with a living area seperate to the bedroom and oversized bathroom. Also had a second toilet. Room was very quiet with no noise heard either internally or from the outside even though there is construction going on next door. There was a wide choice of free to view movies and shows. Bed was very comfy. Facilities were very good, with a restaurant and bar in the lobby. We had a breakfast there each morning and were happy with the choices available and the generous servings. The roof top pool area was great although the Pool bar was closed as we were there

From the outside you'd not think this is a hotel. Low rise amongst a sea of high riae buildings, and certainly a facade of a different era. The entry is a little shabby, and you are greeted with loud music at the lifts. Reception is efficient and friendly - all interactions with staff were this way. The lift has a slideshow of specials at the bar and restaurant - but they move so fast it is hard to read them. They also exclude some information, such as the $20 meal and drink at the lobby bar is only for lunch. Out of the lift you are also subject to more loud music - as you are at the lobby bar and rooftop bar. We had a room facing inwards, and it was the quietest room we've ever had in Sydney. I Stayed at this hotel on the Sunday the 28th February, we stayed in one of the suites. I must say that i was very impressed, i have stayed allover the world and the hospitality received from the staff was exceptional. - as we entered the premises the greeting was exceptional, even with the temperature check, the gentleman at the front made it seem inviting. - the check in the two ladies explained and welcomed us professionally, the check in staff had a genuine personality and looked like they enjoyed their job. - The suite was on the 6th floor the size, layout and decor was very nice. - The bathroom had a bathtub and a large shower - the room was very clean - the breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items to choose from. We stayed at the Primus for a family staycation for our twin boys birthday in an interconnecting room. We put a call into the hotel before our arrival to request a little something in our room to acknowledge the boys birthday, I spoke to Buster and it was from this point our positive experience at the Primus began. On arrival at the hotel by chance Buster was on concierge and wished our sons a happy birthday and greeted them by name. He'd arranged a personalised birthday treat in our room along with a personalised card, certainly exceeded my expectations. Our whole stay was fantastic, the beautiful art deco has been refurbished beautifully paying homage to the history and era of the building. Our rooms were immaculately presented and very true to the images on the website.

Comfortable and large rooms, clean bathrooms with Appelles amenities, robes with slippers, free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. Right in the centre of Sydney, so only a 1-2min walk away from shops, restaurants, transport. Rooms are quiet and high quality, always clean and with great room service. Great value for money for the room and location! If there's ever any issues or special occasions, the staff do their best to quickly help you. Would definitely come back again!
