We came in late at night and paid before looking at the room - big mistake! Upon entering the room, my children cried. It was dusty, it was dirty and the paint was falling off the wall. Anything that was metal in the room (fridge, toilet roll holder ect) was rusty. The curtains were falling off the railing and the...

We stopped in Wagga Wagga overnight and were looking for a cheap bed for the night and we definitely found it! We paid $70 for a queen room, the room was clean and tidy, the hotel could do with doing with some renovations and beautification but for a cheap overnight stay when traveling it's perfect!

Its an old hotel thats cheap to stay. It could really do with a major renovation - even a new bar fridge would be great in the room. They could do with some new sheets and blankets on the beds as well as more milk in the fridge. But for $69 a night, you pay cheap you get cheap. I...

I thought cheap but this one is also nasty. So dirty and unkept. A small input of cash to spruce up the place and a LARGE input of elbow grease might bring it up to an acceptable standard. The sheets and towels were clean.

We would be very happy to stay again at the Mercury Motor Inn. It is unpretentious on first sight but we were delighted with the service, the cleanliness and the modest cost. We had a very enjoyable evening meal served to our room, and breakfast the next morning. It was a surprise to experience crisp white sheets, and the shower...

We found ourselves in an emergency and needing urgent accommodation in Wagga, low and behold the Mercury Motor Inn came to our rescue as the cheapest we could find on Wotif, $80 for a queen room. After phoning to check the availability, the room was held by simply providing my last name. It was dark when we checked in and...

This room was perfect for our one night stay. It had very basic facilities, but everything was very clean, and worked! A good deal for the price, and very close to town! We very much enjoyed our stay in Wagga!
