We stopped here twice over the Christmas Holidays. The park was very quiet and we were the only van in a very large area. It was well maintained, clean and tidy. Despite the security measures taken and diligence of the staff, we heard that there was a burglary on one night and people had things stolen but we saw and heard nothing. There is a current "crime and anti-social behaviour" issue in Alice Springs. We can recommend the park but perhaps just make sure you leave nothing unsecured.

A great park in a great location. The powered sites are a good size and the facilities were clean and spacious. We felt safe as the park is well fenced. The park has a excellent pool and jumping pillows.

we stayed here for 5 nights, then returned for another 2! staff were very accommodating. The amenity blocks are clean, and as it's a large park there are lots of blocks close to all sites around park. The camp kitchen really well set out, and again lots of room for everyone. There is apprehension regards security in the park, however the management are addressing the issue, and at no time did we feel unsafe. we really recommend this park.

We stayed twice in the ensuite van site with a mobile home during our visit to Alice Springs. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the van sites. My only issue was the first few days the ensuite was not really that great nowhere to store my products on the vanity and the shower over the bath was inconvenient as the shower curtain was not hooked on properly and made it a very small area to shower. On the second visit the ensuite was great, we had a nice sized vanity which allowed me to store my products and the shower was an individual shower. The staff were great, the afternoon nibbles put on by the management around the fire was a lovely touch, we missed the star gazing show due to our commitments, but I am sure this would have been excellent.

An incredible park with amazing facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cabins were well equipped, immaculately clean an comfortable. Be careful with young children in the pools, lack of pool rules saw children and adults bombing into the pool only to connect with smaller people underneath. We had a great stay

Great stay in Alice Springs. Had an ensuite drive through site. Snug fit and ensuite was a tad jaded but suited our needs well. Used laundry as well and camp kitchen looked good though we didn’t use. Kids were enjoying stay around us . Staff were accommodating. Felt safe and new hated should be a bonus.

The check in process was super easy. Walk in, walk out. No having to wait. Our envelope containing all our paperwork was ready & waiting. The facilities are great for the kids. Pools were a little cold, but that didn’t stop the kids. The sites are a good size. The amenities were good, cleaned regularly. We felt safe being a little out of town. Highly recommend staying here.

Very busy park. Had an ensuite site close to the playground and x2 bouncy pillows. Had a great pool and slides - although it was too cold for us to use. Has a gym, adult reading room - looked good. Ensuite site was worth the extra money. Laundry facilities were good. Shared kitchen was adequate - had a couple of bbqs and hotplates and sinks. There was a Strawberry Pancake van - which was yummy. The staff were lovely and onsite shop was well stocked. Park is well maintained. They had an entertainment area, with yoga one morning, a sunset nibbles night on the hill and other events. Alice Springs Brewery is down the road, nice beers, looks decent for food (we haven't eaten there yet).

Just returned from Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia. Stayed at the Big 4 Discovery Park. Excellent & clean facilities, fantastic & friendly staff. Beautiful backdrop and local birdlife pay a visit. Unfortunately I had to return home early & Park Manager Mick went out of his way to assist me to enjoy my stay and give me a lift around town. The park facilities are excellent for families and people travelling with pets. I have stayed in Alice Springs previously and this is by far the best accomodation if you are travelling with a car. Thank you Mick & crew for your kind hearted hospitality. I strongly recommend this facility in Alice Springs as the staff are exceptionally warm and accomodating.

We stayed in an enquire site for 3 nights this May, facilities are fantastic and clean. Although not gated we didn't have any issues - just lock away everything when you're away. The park was very busy, with lots of campers coming & going. Everything was quiet at night.
