All of the staff were really helpful with everything- from park details to tourist information. They let us select our site. The big security gate at night & boom gate during the day gave me confidence leaving the caravan while we went sightseeing. Great little shop, too, with some of the same souvenirs as in town and a bit cheaper....

The good: great clean facilities (laundry, camp kitchen, bathrooms), location, safe park, the managers. We enjoyed your park very much. The not so good: the trainee lady (Deb?) - your customer service skills need a little tidy up. You were condescending and a little arrogant.

We stayed in a cabin, it was neat and tidy although the bathroom was very small and there was no place to hang a towel. Hot water and pressure was good on a cold day. Staff very friendly. Handy that the park shop sells alcohol. Free WIFI but very slow.

Just 5 mins drive away from the Alice Springs town. Price for a powered site was excellent value. The hosts were kindly and friendly. Toilet facilities were clean and walled up so it didn't feel so crazy cold during winter. Ample space for the campervan. I felt secure, staying in the caravan park. There was a key to go in/out...

Been here 2 nights. Find it expensive for room we are in with no shower or toilet. Very friendly staff. Very noisy place with dogs or dog barking all night both nights we have been here. Would not stay here again.

This park is small and friendly and within walking distance to restaurants and the main centre of town. We found the staff very helpful and the vibe was relaxed and there was a community feel to it. Amenities are good with lovely hot showers and heaps of washing machines and drying lines, excellent camp kitchen and a shop. And it...

The Park is a good place to base oneself in Alice. The amenities are excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The Park is only a few minutes by car from the town centre and it is possible to walk for the energetic. The Araluen Centre is across the road and as the Park is on Larapinta Drive which leads to...
