Nice room. Good bed. Bathroom tiles need grouting cleaning. Main reason fora three star. Shop wasn’t open on weekend. No vending machines for cold drinks/snacks in absence of shop. Not very conveniently located for town. Pool could be cleaner and bar at pool closed. Bar in hotel not open until 4 pm. Breakfast ok. Seem to be short of staff ie hotel porter.

I'm going to be nice - it's pretty average but adequate. Alice Springs isn't the quaint little town we were expecting either, quite the opposite. Seeing the other types of accommodation around I'd say this would have to be the best available from a very dodgy selection. There were buckets laying in the hallways to catch the rainwater and the tired feel of the place is quite depressing. I really dislike having to pay for laundry powder to use the washing machines, every other place we stayed at it was supplied. It's not like this place is for those on a tight budget. Found it odd you could either opt for having your room serviced or a $15 voucher for the bar. I fractured my toe getting out of the shower on the fixed partition. My fault entirely but I do wonder how an elderly person or anyone with mobility issues would cope with the shower over the bath. A bit rugged getting our luggage to our room over the uneven pathway. The staff were very friendly. Safe gated parking. Room was good, beds comfy. This place just needs a good spruce up and money spent on it, and it would be great. …

2 night stopover, checked in and found our room which had the normal expected facilities. Free WiFi is available for Hilton Honour members but if not available in the reception area. Breakfast was a mix of both cold and hot selection which was fine. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has an outdoor pool which we didn't use but seemed popular. I did use the gym which was basic but functional however the equipment needed a good clean as dried sweat marks were evident. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Not too many to choose from in this category in Alicesprings. Understaffed due to post Covid situation. But staff there try their best n are good. Pool was a bit disappointing due to poor maintenance. Again, shortage of staffing.

Arrived after a long day sat in the bar and chose a drink whilst we chose from the menu. We were told to order in 5 mins as the food service finished at 9pm. Room was pretty ordinary. Breakfast was chaos in the morning too. Difficult to find a table. There must be hotels more welcoming nearby

Great option for a stay in Alice, really good staff throughout and the buffet breakfast is quite good, though it gets busy of course. The bar is a great quieter space. Music choice however is pretty average and is played too loud. Everything was clean and the bed, pillows and towels are very good and more like 5 star. Bonus was a clothes line across the bath, like in the good old days!

I was offered a large warm chocolate and raisin cookie on arrival, this is the first time I've experienced that before. I've stayed at other Hiltons over the world pre covid, so not sure if this is a hotel specific thing or its just this hotel. Large standard rooms, complete with two seater couch. Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries in the bathroom.

This motel is always so peaceful friendly amd there tex line to book rooms and of restaurants any changes its a great option over calling love it and the staff at booking are so professional and helpfull this place is always so clean love staying here, best beds in any of the motels by far 💯

Although it was only a short stay i was happy with the great friendly service and excellent facilities. Room was very clean and well equipped. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Hopefully next time I will be able to stay longer.
