Have been here a few times as this is our work preferred option. Friendly staff who bent over backwards to get us into a room early as we had travelled by bus in early hours of morning. I think my room was upgraded to accommodate early arrival. Room clean, great equipped kitchen. Jug with cold water in fridge and ice cubes in tray in freezer ! Aircon x2 worked extremely well. Bedroom large with ensuite large bathroom. Toiletries provided. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Washing machine in room so convenient. Able to hang clothes on clothes horse outside in sunshine. Clothes dried quickly in Alice's dry climate!. Apartments are not close to CBD .. walking distance. However, definitely not an option at night. Complexes are gated and quiet. Already planned to return later in year with family as I love these apartments. Dog friendly

Pet friendly 1 bed apartment was great. Fantastic to have self-contained space but propped up the broken clothes horse with the table outside. Front desk was closed when we noticed and when we left so didn’t let them know but check in staff were helpful and lovely that I’m sure they would have swapped it for a working one. Was great to have a washing machine and full sized fridge in our room. Guest dryers and additional washers located in the complex too. Gated and security fencing for the complex was good and a small apartment yard was all we needed for our tiny dog. There was a water bowl outside for him too. It was great to be close to everything but feel secure while near the cbd. Bathroom is spacious but BYO toiletries. Extras are available at the front desk. The sofa bed looked like someone prior had bent bits of it, but it was usable & my teenage son loved having the big screen TV (with Netflix) above his bed. Main bed is comfy. TV in the bedroom didn’t have apps on it or an HDMI connection. We ordered dinner from Sporties, which was quick and easy. Air con was great and we loved having ceiling fans so we didn’t have to run the AC. Nice kitchen to make breakfast and a coffee before heading out. We only stopped by and is a bit expensive for a single night on the road but has absolutely way more than you would ever get in a hotel, making it good value. It was our treat stop from roadhouse dongas and quite a step up.

Location was great with security gates. Our booked apartment was changed without notice. We only found out when we picked up the key and had to confirm the room that was given to us. It was only after we queried when we received an email saying they were fully booked and they cannot give us an upgrade. We were not asking for an upgrade, we’ve booked and received confirmation for a one bedroom. The studio apartment was enough to have a place to sleep as we were out most of the day. The studio has a small double size (old) bed. The bed linen cover had small hairs and one of the towels provided was tattered and had holes! We couldn’t bear to use it so we had to share one towel, one hand towel and no face towel supplied. The kettle was unusable even after we’ve cleaned it from the water residues, the base had rust spots. We emailed the situation straight away and never received any acknowledgment. Although it was disappointing, we didn’t want to spoil our 4 days stay in AS.

We had a ground floor apartment in this gated accommodation. It had a kitchen, dining table, lounge, queen bed and bathroom and we paid $1140- for 6 nights. It was a bit tired but perfectly adequate and the safety of it being gated from 7pm was important. The shower was weird……small with no door…….so good luck keeping the bathroom floor dry, and there is a washing machine but unfortunately no dryer. It was comfortable and safe and a good decent tariff.

Not much nice I can say about this place. OK for one night but for 3 nights? No. I did book a studio for 2 but the room was small and had nowhere to put suitcases or anything in the kitchen. Had to bring in one of the small outdoor table to use for one case. There is a cupboard but it held the broom and vacuum with no other room to put things. The lighting throughout is very dim--especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The TV control had flat batteries and the laundry room light was not working. The pillows were lumpy but the bed OK. As I said OK for one night. In it's favour it's secure and safe. No restaurants are in walking distance though. Came on a weekend so no check in staff available. We were given a code to get in the security gate to get our key.

Excellent accomodation in Alice, supportive hosts who went out of their way to get us to simpsons gap to start our walk. Returning was bliss with 2 bathrooms for 2 couples and laundry facilities. We came back 3rd time, Back from Uluṟu and kings Canyon. Great souvenirs too. Hosts highly recommended. Thank you!

Good size appartments but that’s about it! The beds are old and have major lumps and my guess is they have never been turn! Towels old and don’t smell great. The stairs are dirty and things aren’t clean! Irons are really bad and old falling apart ironing boards!

Well appointed, spacious and clean apartment with 2 bathrooms, perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. Able to self cater and spread out after having spent many hours in a car. Great location overlooking the Todd river. Could hear the neighbours quite clearly at times but otherwise a perfect spot

Totally inconvenient unless you have a car. Our bathroom shower had 2 drains, neither of which was at the lowest point in the floor, so a shower meant a mess. Both drains were clogged with long black hair when we arrived. There was also hair that appeared to have been cut on the bathroom floor. So cleaning standards left a lot to be desired. At least the bed was comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at these apartments. They are away from the noise of the town and located next to the Todd river. We stayed in a studio initially which was smallish, but quite comfortable.. Due to some plumbing issue, we were upgraded to a one bedroomed apartment. It was extremely spacious with a good kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and little courtyard. We would certainly stay here again.
