We had two recent visits to this comfortable and friendly apartment complex. We were unfortunately not informed about a cancellation in another motel we had previously booked, so were keen to find something quickly after a long drive. Luckily we were able to book a studio apartment, which was fine for overnight. The reception staff who booked us in, was friendly and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. On our second visit, we stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. We arrived after reception was closed on the second occasion, but found the keys and access to the apartment very easily. The complex is secure for parking and whilst it is a little walk from the Todd Mall I preferred the location. It was quiet and we slept well and I liked the decor and framed prints in the rooms, with written information about local identities. I would more than happily stay here again.

I have stayed in Alice on Todd apartments a few times. They are prefect for a few days in Alice Springs - well located and well maintained, they have a sense of privacy. Everything you need is provided, and you can easily feel quite at home.

I stayed in a studio apartment & it had everything I needed! I stayed for 3 weeks in total as a work trip.
I had washing facilities, do take your own washing powder though, I wasn’t sure if they’d have it or not!
Ben & Tania were amazing - always asking if I had everything and making sure if I had any requests they were sorted as soon as possible.
The facilities were fabulous, the pool open until 9:30pm - I can highly recommend this place for long or short stays.
I’ll miss it for sure 5 stars

Our Famliy has traveled a lot of this country and stayed in alot of Hotel/motels we all agree this place was so terrible we couldn't wait to leave, on arrival they stuffed our room size up,the lady owner was very rude and did not want to help us although the man owner was helpfull. that night there was dogs barking in the place,people with tvs turned up so loud that we could hear them in our room. drunks woke us up at 2am just below us talking very loud swearing and so on really bad, this place was really not worth rating will never be back.

Thank you for staying with us, we have noted that your booking was for a 2 x bedroom standard with the layout, however we were fully booked and could not move you to another apartment. We try to do our best if a booking is not exactly to the guest needs and had you not hung up on the receptionist she would have advised you that we could get a rollaway bed that way the configuration based on your family would be comfortable. We therefore did provide you with rollaway bed. In relation to noise, we do have an after-hours number so guests can contact the night auditor should problems arise, however we cannot rectify it once you have checked out and we were not made aware of it. This includes any issues relating to Pets. Enjoy the journey ahead.

Location was great with security gates. Our booked apartment was changed without notice. We only found out when we picked up the key and had to confirm the room that was given to us. It was only after we queried when we received an email saying they were fully booked and they cannot give us an upgrade. We were not asking for an upgrade, we’ve booked and received confirmation for a one bedroom. The studio apartment was enough to have a place to sleep as we were out most of the day. The studio has a small double size (old) bed. The bed linen cover had small hairs and one of the towels provided was tattered and had holes! We couldn’t bear to use it so we had to share one towel, one hand towel and no face towel supplied. The kettle was unusable even after we’ve cleaned it from the water residues, the base had rust spots. We emailed the situation straight away and never received any acknowledgment. Although it was disappointing, we didn’t want to spoil our 4 days stay in AS.

Alice on Todd was recommended by a friend and from the initial phone call it was smooth sailing. I love the fact I could book via phone and talk to a human being, who happened to be charming and helpful. The setting is gorgeous and our 2 bedroom upstairs apartment was clean, comfy and well appointed. This was greatly appreciated as we were there for the 11 day long, amazing Desert Song Festival so self catering and laundering was necessary. The housekeeping staff were wonderful too.

I stayed here for 4 nights in May. I loved my apartment - it was very homely and stylish, with lovely furnishings, and had all I could wish for, including washing machine. It was very quiet and secure, important for me, as I was travelling solo and very well priced. I would love to stay here again.

We had a ground floor apartment in this gated accommodation. It had a kitchen, dining table, lounge, queen bed and bathroom and we paid $1140- for 6 nights. It was a bit tired but perfectly adequate and the safety of it being gated from 7pm was important. The shower was weird……small with no door…….so good luck keeping the bathroom floor dry, and there is a washing machine but unfortunately no dryer. It was comfortable and safe and a good decent tariff.

Pet friendly 1 bed apartment was great. Fantastic to have self-contained space but propped up the broken clothes horse with the table outside. Front desk was closed when we noticed and when we left so didn’t let them know but check in staff were helpful and lovely that I’m sure they would have swapped it for a working one.
Was great to have a washing machine and full sized fridge in our room. Guest dryers and additional washers located in the complex too. Gated and security fencing for the complex was good and a small apartment yard was all we needed for our tiny dog. There was a water bowl outside for him too. It was great to be close to everything but feel secure while near the cbd.
Bathroom is spacious but BYO toiletries. Extras are available at the front desk. The sofa bed looked like someone prior had bent bits of it, but it was usable & my teenage son loved having the big screen TV (with Netflix) above his bed. Main bed is comfy. TV in the bedroom didn’t have apps on it or an HDMI connection.
We ordered dinner from Sporties, which was quick and easy. Air con was great and we loved having ceiling fans so we didn’t have to run the AC. Nice kitchen to make breakfast and a coffee before heading out.
We only stopped by and is a bit expensive for a single night on the road but has absolutely way more than you would ever get in a hotel, making it good value. It was our treat stop from roadhouse dongas and quite a step up.

The apartments are neat and tidy, the apartment complex feels secure and it is fairly quiet at night. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry such a bonus. This is ideal for any traveller, from business to leisure, it is a "home away from home". I had the best sleep and appreciated the facilities after returning from a camping trip to Yulara. Management is very friendly and put a lot of effort into this place. I will return again!

Good Morning, we have clothes dryers in the guest laundry which are coin operated hope this helps their are clothes airers in the rooms, items do not take long to dry here in Alice Springs. Thank you
Good luck. My most recent stay there was dreadful. I hope you have a better experience and they can move you to a room with aircon or give you a refund to stay somewhere else.

Apologies again for the inconvenience of the underwhelming Air Conditioning in your apartment. I believe when you called after 9pm you asked for a fan for the apartment, it was explained to you that there was one in the cupboard. Russell then went through the standard procedure of checking you had your Air Con set on the correct settings and asked if cold air was coming out of the machine which you advised him there was. This satisfied him that it was working correctly and he wished you a good nights sleep and said someone would come and check it in the morning. I think perhaps if after a reasonable amount of time the Apartment was still 30 degrees another phone call to after hours would have been appropriate and action would have been taken to move you into a different Apartment. Hi Glenn, I'm so sorry you had trouble with our wifi?? We have a portable device we can loan to guests if they are having trouble for any reason we also have a secured unit outside the Games Room which puts out 10/10 wifi. With our latest upgrade we thought we had it nailed! Kind Regards Michelle
