Welcome to Alice's Secret Travellers Inn; a quiet green little oasis not far off the centre of Alice Springs. Being the smallest, we pride ourselves on our cleanliness and friendliness, and we are happy to give you that extra bit of attention you will miss in the bigger places. We offer air-conditioned accommodation in funky themed private and dormitory rooms. All include bed linen and access to shared bathroom facilities. This hostel is the perfect spot to get ready for your outback adventure (ask for specials) or to relax and recover after it. The beautiful, lovingly decorated garden is featured by an outdoor swimming pool, the fully equipped kitchen and free BBQ facilities give you the opportunity to cook and sit with fellow guests and the shared TV lounge and the book city are two comfy hideaways to chill, even on a rainy day. We love to keep it interesting! That’s why we’re always working on little projects to maintain and improve our little ‘home away from home’ for our guests!

The owner, Seb, is such a friendly and helpful man. He could make everything happen and had great thoughts and suggestions on most - always with a smile and a bit of humor! Alice's Secret is one of the cosiest places I've stayed at! A great outdoor are complete with some lights once the dark has taken over. Showers and toilets are nice and clean although there only is a few available. Beds are nice and rooms are good. Kitchen is well-equiped and large enough for many chefs at a time. Wifi could sometimes not be working at certain places. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Alice’s Secret a total of 6 nights before, during and after some out of town activities. Seb, the owner/manager was fabulous! The customer service was faultless, and his willingness to go above and beyond, when while stretched to capacity was admirable. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I really enjoyed the themes. The bathrooms and kitchen were kept clean, and everyone was friendly. I was able to store my luggage there while out doing other things, they also offer bike hire to expire the nearby area. The atmosphere of the hostel is calm and relaxed, with a pool (kept very clean) and lots of seats, tables hammocks and day beds to lay around on. The hostel was quiet as the name suggests. I’ll definitely stay here again if I return to Alice Springs.

This hostel is definitely one of my favorites! It’s a small but cozy hostel with the best vibes, honestly felt like home here! Even though some of the people had been staying there for a longer time everyone was so nice and welcoming!

Lovely space. Friendly owners. Clean place and good kitchen facilities and a pool. Got to stay in a small but well air conned caravan and had access to facilities pre and post check in which made basing it around greyhound bus times really convenient. Would defiantly stay there again!

Great backpackers, clean bathrooms, bedrooms clean - can hear neighbors but for this price that is fine, friendly, Stayed here prior walking the larapinta. Outdoor area very relaxing and comfortable, walk to town not far

As Swiss people we liked our stay in the Alpine Hut very much. The hut was lovely decorated and also the whole area is very special. The pool is refreshing and all what you need is available. Also Miriam is a very friendly person. We could storage our luggage during our tour.

Alice's Secret Travelers Inn is a very special hostel. Instead of limiting themself to just rooms and all the necessary facilities, they additionally have a great outdoor area (+ pool) to relax in the heat. Everything is wonderfully decorated and you really see the love that went into this place. The rooms and facilities are all very tidy, you even get charging ports near your bed (which a lot of hostels miss), the staff are all very friendly and they have great tour/day-trip recommendations which help you experience Alice Springs the best way possible (they even got fairly good bicycles to rent for a cheap price compared to Australian standards) . So yeah, 10/10 hostel. If your thinking about visiting Uluru or only Alice Springs itself (which is well worth a visit) I can only recommend staying at this place ^^…

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend for a cheap stay when visiting Alice Springs. We had a private room and it was comfortable and the place very welcoming. Kitchen facilities were folks and lots of areas to relax and a nice pool to cool down.

We enjoyed our stay in the cosy Alpine Hut. The hostel is a calm, relaxed place. When I forgot my phone in a common area it was found and send to my next accommodation. You can also book tours through them.
